Shashi was in a very happy mood today. He was going to talk to Manohar Raizada about Aman and Khushi's alliance. Finally, at least one of his children was going to marry as per his wishes and not spoil their lives running behind time pass called love!
He called his PA, Amit, in his cabin and told him, "I want you to book an appointment with Mr. Manohar Raizada."
"Mr. Manohar Raizada? But sir, we aren't into any partnership with them, right?" His curious PA asked.
"Nope. But I am going to talk to him about something personal. About his son and my daughter."
Amit read between the lines and soon, the office was abuzz with a marriage proposal for ASR and Khushi!!!
NK heard it first and automatically assumed it was for Arnav and Khushi! Khushi's dad must have got to know about their affair and Arnav already being his favorite, he must have fixed their wedding, NK assumed.
So, with a big smile plastered on his face, he went to Arnav's desk and gave a strong pat on his back.
Arnav, who was immersed in his work got startled. "NK! Are you trying to kill me?"
"Come on dude. After hearing such a big, good news, I had to react that way, right?"
"What news?" Arnav asked.
All new joiners had their desks nearby so, Aman, Sheetal, and Khushi also stopped their work and waited for NK to reveal the big news! Lavanya, meanwhile, was on a personal leave that day so she missed this excitement!
"Don't pretend now. I know about your and Khushi's wedding getting fixed. I need a party!"
"What the-" Not Arnav, it was Khushi who said that!
Arnav was in a big shock!
Aman and Sheetal were also surprised hearing that but thankfully not as shocked, so they probed NK more.
"Who told you so NK? How did you get to know?" Aman asked.
"Shashi sir's PA, Amit told me that Shashi sir is planning to talk to ASR's dad about this."
"Wow! Well done guys!" Sheetal said, breaking khushi and arnav's shocked state!
"Ye kaise possible hai(How is this possible)? Meri shaadi aur mujhe hi sab se late pata chal raha hai(It's about my wedding and I am only getting to know at the last)?" Khushi wondered.
"And how did Shashi sir get my appa's number?" Arnav wondered loudly.
"HR might have it." Aman said, shrugging his shoulders.
"We are not in school, Aman. Why would HR have it?" Arnav asked giving a logic check to Aman.
"Whatever. now that you two are getting married, you have to help us too." Sheetal insisted.
Meanwhile Khushi was still confused how did her Papa suddenly get this idea?
Just then, Aman's phone rang. It was his dad.
Wondering why he called, Aman excused himself and went to take the call.
When he came back, his face was pale, and his shoulders dropped.
Sheetal frowned seeing him like that and asked him, "Who was that Aman? All, ok?"
He looked at her and then to the other three- NK, Arnav and Khushi and said, "The office gossip is right, but looks like the ASR we thought was wrong."
"What do you mean?" sheetal asked, although by now Khushi and Arnav had understood it.
"Shashi uncle is planning to meet my dad. For mine and kh- khushi's wedding."
