"I ain't nothing like these lames, I swear
Name a place, I could take you there
I'd do anything to make you laugh
And you can have anything, just ask
But just know that I'm selfish
And I swear, I can't help it
But it's all for you
Yeah, it's all for you."

Up so high in the sky was a star that guided the three wise men to a manager in Bethlehem where Mary and Joseph held sweet baby Jesus in their arms.

"This tree looks way better than the one at your crib." August commented.

"I wonder who's fault that is." I replied.

After we came back from getting burgers the other day, the three of us put up the tree and decorated it but it's kind of crooked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. That's only because the tree was too tall and we had to put the star on the top. August refused to take everything off and cut down the tree because it was too much work.

I've been working since then until last night. Teyana went to Atlanta and August has been doing his thing. Now, we're at the airport to fly to New Orleans for Christmas.

"I'm so excited!" I exclaimed, not being able to control my excitement of traveling to the South's Most Interesting City.

"I need something to eat." He announced.

"Our plane leaves at 8." I reminded him. We don't have time for this.

"We're going to make it back in time. The gate is right there." August pointed across from us.

"Yeah but—." I whined.

"But nothing. I know you like a little cold coffee in the morning." He said as we walked to get some breakfast.
