The day ends on a happy note and it is evening, the time to return. They have had a great time on the island. They click many pictures and had fun. Everyone seems happy. After a long journey of two hours, they reach back to the hotel. The professors order the office bearers to meet them in their room. Everyone disperse to their respective rooms and are instructed to be in the hotel restaurant for dinner by 9 pm.
After dinner, everyone disperse in different directions. Ruhana is having fun with her friends when she finds Vineet sitting on the swing where she was sitting the day before. She smiles and excuses herself from her friends and walks towards him.
Vineet seems to think something and she gives a slight push to the swing. He comes out of his trance and looks at her.
She smiles at Vineet and sits near him on the swing and clings on his arm. She loves to be close to him, she longs to see him smile.
"What are you busy with?" she asks him poking his arm.
"Planning tomorrow's schedule." He replies calmly.
"You're planning the schedule for tomorrow?" she chuckles.
He nods affirmatively. She looks at the list but finds it empty.
"But what's the plan? Why are you sitting with an empty list? Will you let us get bored?" she says, showing mock anger.
"No!! But I don't know how to arrange the places. We have 5 days only." He says.
"Think calmly. You will find a solution." She says innocently.
He looks at her. She's smiling cutely at him.
" It's not like that. Planning a schedule on a trip is difficult, Ruhana. " he says.
"You have! At least for me!" she says, looking at him.
He glances at her. She seems right. He always has a solution whenever she is sad or disturbed with something. She has always looked up at him in any difficulty. He nudges his thoughts and looks at her...
"Okay, then this time you should help me..right!" he says.
"How can I help you?" She asks innocently.
He smiles, she knows what she's being asked, yet she wants to hear from him.
"Tell me a list of places where we can visit tomorrow. Let's see how we can make the most out of our day." he says.
She chuckles at his words. He knows everything that he wants, he has every solution, yet he is asking her.
"So we can visit the famous Ashtavinayak temple first thing in the morning." she says looking at him.
He nods positively. Well, he didn't think it before.
"Sounds good! In fact we should've done it today itself." he says.
"No problem Vineet, we can do it tomorrow. So, we will be visiting the temple first." She says while he nods, noting it down in his diary.
"We can visit the wax museum , Marine drive or Juhu beach. The Rock garden and Bollywood tour too!" She replies enthusiastically.
He smiles at her kiddishness. Oh! She wants to have a tour to Bollywood.
"Who will let us enter in Bollywood?" he asks.
"But we can go on a tour to film city. Please say yes!" she says, holding his hand.
He giggles at her. She glares at him when he smiles.
"It's not that easy Princess." he says.
She pouts cutely.
"Okay fine. Then plan out the day yourself. I don't want to talk to you. " She says and moves to the side.
He laughs at her antics. She always behaves like a kid when she's with him. He knows that it is for him only. She is not like she behaves with him. She is mature enough to handle him, to handle his roughness, to handle his silence. If she can handle him, she can handle any problem in her life.
"Okay fine! Now, don't leave me alone out here. Help out to plan the day. I'll see if we can get a glimpse of filmcity." He says, though she knows that it's just for fun.
She looks at him keenly as if studying his face whether he is serious or joking. He slaps lightly on her head.
"Stop looking like that, Help me!" He says innocently.
She makes a sad face like that of a kid.
"Okay, but you need to keep your promise. Will you do that?" She looks at him, again reminding him of his promise to be his original self.
He smiles and nods affirmatively. Soon, they discuss the places they can visit and in about half an hour, their schedule is ready. They're happy. Ruhana jumps in excitement.
"Thanks for keeping Juhu beach in the list tomorrow." she chuckles as she's excited to visit the temple.
He just smiles. That's what he always does whenever she is around him. In his words, she is his lucky charm. Even after his mother's death, she is the only one he used to listen to or he loved to be around. Her anger, irritation, care, frown, he likes everything. Though he is two years elder to her, it seems that she is older to him. He loves her scolding, but at the same time he also likes the way she used to stand in front of him whenever he used to scold her for any of her carelessness. She hasmade him feel that his feelings have not fully vanished. He still cares , but fails to show that. He knows she's perfect for him.
He comes out of his trance when Ruhana holds his hand and pulls him towards the hotel as he has to get the professor's consent over their schedule. She jumps with happiness when he tells her that their schedule is fixed. She hugs him and then rushes off to her room, while he is still at his place watching her.
