*** You and Taylor were attending a party that took place after an award show.
Much to your own liking, you had to admit that what you had chosen to wear was something you normally wouldn't be seen in, as it was a little more revealing then what you would usually allow yourself to wear. At first, Taylor loved it because she loved the way it looked on you, but when you both walked hand in hand to the after party, she started feeling a little insecure and nervous from all the eyes that seemed to be following just you.
It wasn't just those feelings combined together she was feeling, she would quickly recognize the feelings as jealousy. Taylor's close friend, Selena Gomez, whom also had become one of your best friends had picked up the sense that something was bothering Taylor and was beginning to make her upset. Just as she was about to question Taylor, she noticed her gaze being fixed upon you, and the revealing dress you had on captured more attention then you would welcome in. Before comforting Taylor about it, Selena couldn't help but roll her eyes and let out a slight chuckle. Taylor heard it of course, she was almost right next to her friend when Selena tried to write the chuckle off as a cough.
"What's so funny?"
"Oh... nothing. It's just I've noticed that something was bothering you and was wanting to ask you what was was going on?"
"You're kidding me, right?" Taylor scoffs, Selena shakes her head as if to say 'no' so Taylor continues.
"It's just... I think (Y/n) should have picked a different dress for this occasion."
"Really? I think she looks great! A little too revealing to my taste, but-"
"No more then mine."
"Really? It didn't look that way from the way I saw you look at her while accepting the award."
Taylor shakes her head in disbelief, before continuing and leaving things off before heading over to you. You were making small talk with Olivia Rodrigo and Taylor clearly, yet understandably did not appreciate the way how her eyes would glance down at your half exposed chest.
"Yeah, well, she's my girl and I should get to her before someone else does."
Selena nods in understanding before parting ways with Taylor, watching as she walks up and hugs you from behind, her lips moving slowly as if she was whispering something secretive in your ear.
Though Taylor Swift may have won your heart, Selena couldn't help but to sincerely love you both as a couple. Selena had a small crush on you shortly after Taylor introduced you to her as her girlfriend, but the only thing she wants in the world besides your friendship was for you and Taylor to be continue being happy together. You were together forever, and that's how it should be... despite what the media may say about it. Nothing will never tear you both apart, not now, not ever. Taylor truly couldn't do any better then you, you were both made for each other.
What Taylor didn't know was that you purposely wore the dress that was more revealing because you secretly thought Taylor was cute when she got jealous. Taylor doesn't know it and probably will never know unless it comes out sometime in your future together that lies ahead.
