Entering the the main room of old building, with some guards behind him, he sat on the chair and shiv passed him the files.

He started checking it, but it seems like he already knew all this.
He was overlooking through the files. As whatever there is mention, he knew it already because obviously before sitting in the throne of Aquila Empire he would have studied and researched on it.
He stood up from the seat after hours, it was almost evening now. He is just on the breakfast he had in his house and on the glasses of waters which he drank while checking.
