Chapter 30: Flora inn

"lev?! i told you to stop causing troubles to others!"

a woman in the middle o her 30's exclaimed after we entered the inn, i roam my eyes around the inn and umm in appreciation.

the Lobby of the inn isn't as fancy like the others, the walls are made of woods and the floor is very clean and is painted with green, giving a very relaxing forest filling.

the coaches are white and the tables and chair are made in woods with a pink colored designs.

i stared at the wisteria flowers hanging in the walls, my eyes landed at the blue flowers in the vases and touches them lightly,

i lightly inhale in the air and a very strong aroma of wisteria flowers immediately lingers o my nose,

lilith would really love this inn, and it's actually very funny because lilith is also a flower.

i lightly smile and observes the paintings hanging on the wall, they are just a splash of colors and pictures of random strangers.

i hum and snap back to my thoughts when i notice the woman stops in front of me and bowed.

"i am very sorry for my son's behavior, i shall educate him more" i lightly wave and stared at the stairs covered with a pink carpet.

"it's fine, how much a room for two?" she was taken back and couldn't response immediately and the corner of my eyes i saw how the boy named Lev immediately beams.

"o-oh huh?"

"a room for two, how much"

she lightly cough and scratches her nape but immediately answered "500 hundred silver for a day"

so expensive but i guess it's worth it.

the currency in this country is actually very easy to memorize,

50 copper is equivalent to 1 silver.

300 silver is equivalent to one gold.

so that means 500 hundred silver is equals to 1 gold and 200 copper.

"i see, please prepare a room for two" i bowed but not the usual bow i always did, but a normal bow where you lower your body.

she frantically bowed back and i made my way outside the inn while yawning.

my way back to the entrance of the town was uneventful, the stares i receive weren't that uncomfortable but you couldn't easily ignore them.

they are so calm, it's a bit uncomfortable.

huh, i must be very weird for felling uncomfortable in the calm atmosphere in this town.

i stop in front of my horse and gave one gold to the a man who's watching over the other horses.

i hop on my horse and immediately gallop towards where my sister is.

it didn't take e many minutes to find my sister. the carriage immediately halted and i slowed down and went towards the carriage slowly, a knight rushes towards the door and opened it,

i saw my sister step down the carriage and glance at me while coming her hair gently.

"lilith here, and i fund a inn that would suits your taste" she didn't answer and accepted the box of clothes and entered the carriage again.

the carriage is huge, i person can effortlessly stand inside, so i didn't worry that she would had a hard time.

"Edgar"

"my lord'

i stared at him and glance at behind when i notice someone coming.

"go back and take the other knights with you, tell father lilith have other plans" he hesitate but i just merely glance at him and stared at the figure approaching us.

"but my lord, the duke wouldn't agree-'

"are you questioning me?" i stared at his eyes causing him to flinch and immediately shakes his head as a no

my eyes went

the man in the horse is wearing a leather combat suit with a hint of blood, his face look haggard and stress and he seems like just came back fro a huge battle.

"go"

"yes, this instant"

i watch the man in the horse pass us with a smile, i lightly nod and followed his figure.

when i heard the carriage open i hop down the horse and stared at my sister and lightly smiled.

"does it it me?"

"yes it does, you look beautiful my lady" she smiled and walk towards me,

i silently stared at her hair that is tied in a french braid and laying silently in her shoulder.

i help her ride my horse and went to sit after her.

i stared back at the sky and it started turning darker. without a word i made my horse moved.

i stared at her face and notice her eyes are close i unconsciously smile and nuzzles my head in the crook of her neck and went back to watching the front.

strangely my sister doesn't care about wearing a commoner clothes, and then i remember, when we are a child we sometimes walk together in the town, just associating with the commoners and watches the kids in our age play.

but i never thought there would be a day where she would start to act like one.

"can you tell me why did you decided to become a commoner?"

i ask but she didn't answer.

i respect her silence and slowed down the horse when we finally arrived at the entrance of the town.

i hop down and help her get down on the horse and once again gave my horse towards the man.

he stared at me weirdly and stared at my sister and then towards me and silently shakes his head.

i yawn and didn't correct what he's currently thinking in my sister and i's relationship.

i would actually be glad if he think were married or if we're lovers, as long as he doesn't attempt to flirt or touch my sister i'm good.

suddenly the rain begun to pour, i immediately remove my cloak and covers my sister and carried her in a princess carry, in instinct she places her hands around my neck.

"hold on tight" she hums and i immediately run towards the inn.

i could see the other people rushing towards their own houses and kids excitedly runs on the road to greet the rain.

the vendors that doesn't have their own stand immediately went to hides and put away their products.

we finally reach the store, i push the door with my back causing the chime to release a beautiful sound, i entered and put gently put down my sister.

"Welcome to floral Inn"
