Charles Justin, or better known by his nickname Cj, is crowned as J.S High's biggest asshole next to Busters's leader, Viktor Stepanov. He's known to be cruel and selfish, and people say it's because of his background.

Every student in J.S High would most likely know who he is because their family name could be seen in almost every cigarette box found in the world. With the type of business that they're in, there's no doubt that money would flow as fast as the factories that make their cigarettes.

Cj grew up with people who had great power, so when he formed his brotherhood, his nature translated to the way he leads them. He created Cigarettes because he wanted people to know him more. He also invited Krist to join them before, but Krist ultimately refused.

Though Cj can sometimes be cruel, Cj values loyalty more than anything, which is why he created the concept of underlings. During his first weeks with his new brotherhood, Cigarettes started getting too many deals from White Uniforms that it was almost impossible to fulfill them. That's when Cj had a brilliant idea to use White Uniforms. He thought that his brotherhood's power, resources, and deals, will all go to waste if they couldn't properly make use of it. This was also the reason why their motto gave importance to their underlings. Because as selfish as he may be, Cj knows that he and his brotherhood works and functions better with their underlings.

Cj is also the CEO of King's Tobacco, which is a company he made with his fellow brotherhood Anthony for the sole reason that he wants to avenge the woman who took care of him. But this also made people realize how knowledgeable and capable Cj is when it comes to making cigarettes.

BROTHERS:

Cigarettes is a fearsome group that is famous for its selfish leader and tough underlings. But the members also have a name for themselves as Cj personally hand-picked them amongst hundred other choices. The rest of the five members of the brotherhood are known to have families that have criminal records. Cj wanted to have members that already extracted fear and trouble just by hearing their surnames, so they were the students that he chose.

‣ 4th-year student Anthony Rockefeller (Right-hand Man). Cj met Anthony by accident. During the time when Cj was in turmoil, he saw Anthony smoking in an abandoned basement that he found. Anthony recognized Cj and told him how terrible Mills Tobacco actually is. That was the start of their odd friendship.

‣ 4th year student Pablo Blanco. Anthony and Pablo were both students from Class II-B before. During the time when Cj was still trying to form his own brotherhood, Anthony introduced Pablo to him. Pablo was a quiet kid that was suspended a couple of times. His attitude amused Cj, so he eventually made him part of their brotherhood.

The four third-year students of Cigarettes were all past members of Ashes, but since the minimum numbers needed to form a brotherhood was five, Cj added them to the list. Though during their first years as members of Cigarettes, Cj, Anthony, and Pablo still referred to them as the Ashes until the Monarchs eventually took over the title.

BROTHERHOOD CUSTOM: TOBACCO DEAL

White uniforms who need someone to do their bidding will strike a deal with the Cigarettes. Once the deal is fulfilled, the student will be the brotherhood's homeboy as payment. How long they'll become their homeboy will depend on how difficult the deal was. But if Cigarettes do not fulfill the deal, the payment will reverse, and Cigarettes will become their homeboys instead.

UNDERLINGS: Lighters

Dubbed as the first underlings ever created, Lighters follow direct orders from their Brotherhood and are forbidden to do anything that is not instructed to them. Even with Cigarettes' reputation, they are one of the most respectable underlings because of the way they treat other White Uniforms.

Cigarettes also have 4 of their best underlings who are called the ASHES. The Ashes are Lighters who wear black leather masks. They are the ones who personally talk to the members of Cigarettes so they can announce it to every underling. They also handle the hardest deals, which is why the Ashes are known to become the upcoming members of Cigarettes once the senior members graduate.
