Luca's POV

I finally finished work, well, the most legal one.

Andrew said I could go to the warehouse if I wanted to.

I looked at my watch,7:58 pm, I hadn't realised time had flown.

To me career and reputation comes first, family and personal stuff come after. I've been taught to think that since young.  

I stood up and took my phone and a few papers. I headed for my private elevator. I made it because I dislike other people in my space.

I got in my car and drove to the warehouse.

I took out my phone and called Linda to do something for me.

I arrived, it looked good. I saw Andrew's car parked outside

I walked in, there was no one there.

"Hey Luc, I was even about to leave, I thought you'd go home" he confessed.

"No," I responded. The tour of the new warehouse was actually short.

I asked for some changes here and there but they were minor.

I arrived home at 8:43 pm, I opened the door and entered the living room.

Bella was playing with her dolls as usual, she looked up and our eyes met a smile grew on her small face "Hello Daddy" she said with a wave.

"Evening Bella" I nodded, I never understood how to be a father, not like I had a good example.

Andrea walked down the stairs on her phone, she looked at me and just walked past.

Gabriel came down after her, he just walked past too.

I really suck a parenting, I have do be honest.

Before I could climb the stairs a maid came running.

She stopped for a quick bow "Mr Romano" she said shakily.

"What?" I asked gettinfmg tired of beating around the bush.

"I tried to stop her it she insisted-" she started but before she could finish "Luc?" a voice terribly familiar said.

I turned to see Bianca, my blood started to boil.

I gave my stuff to the maid "Put it in my office" I ordered, she scurried off.

I grabbed Bianca's arm and dragged her outside.

I closed the door behind me  "Che cazzo vuoi?" I asked coldly letting go off her arm. (Translation: What the fuck do you want?"

"That hurt, Luca" she said examining where I had grabbed her.

"You know I'm holding myself from killing you so ti prometto che non è male to what I could do" I said.( I promise you it's not bad)

Her eyes widened "Look, please, I'm sorry. Just come back to me, please?" she begged.

"If you came to waste my time then bye" I said attempting to open the door but she grabbed my hand.

"Please, I want my kids to be happy" she said.

I turned and pulled her hand off mine and coldly chuckled " 'Your kids' since when? You never cared about them and I know that with or without you their not happy, so that's a shitty excuse" I roared.

Turning back at the door I opened it "And I advise you don't come back if you want to live" I threaten before going inside.

I go up the stairs, How does Bianca even think of coming back here?

I got into my office and slammed the door shut.

I was angry, angry because of her, angry because I had loved her and trusted her but that side of her was a just a FUCKING mask!

I went to the small serving table and poured a good glass of Gin, I drank it in one go.

It burned my throat. Just what I need. I poured another glass.

Leah's POV

I arrived home, Sydney and Isabella went home, well I think Isabella and Nat have 'something very steamy' planned for tonight.

I threw myself on the couch, remembering the talk I had with Leo.

I liked the way he was always so calm and only speaks when needed. He never jumps into conclusions, he makes sure his thoughts are proven.

I found out he's a Surgeon, he's smart too.

I got a notification on my phone, I open it and see it's my email, I tap on it.

Now sitting up I read:

Dear Miss Moretti

I hope this letter finds you well, unfortunately, Mr Romano is busy so he requested me to send you this email in his behalf.

Your interview was a success, you are hired. Make sure to be in the location linked below by 4:30 am.

Ps. No need to reply to this email.

I shrieked in happiness, I told the the girls and they were ecstatic too.

But I better sleep to wake up early in the morning.

I ran to the shower and changed into my pyjamas and did my facial routine and went straight to bed.

Can't wait to meet the kids tomorrow.

I slept with a smile on face.
