Wattpad hasn't sent out a story notification for this sadly, apparently there is a bug.

Please follow me for updates, I'm hoping announcements will still work as usual❤️

Bekah and I are getting our matching nails done while we watch the big boys get ready.

Life is wonderful. We're a family again and I know for a fact Henrik is here with us, happy just like me. I am so content.

Weirdly I don't feel completely at peace, something still feels strange but I can't tell what it is. I thought I'd feel like myself again fully now everyone is here but I don't. I'm missing a big part of myself and I can't explain what it is. I don't know what it is.

Maybe it's Henrik missing. Maybe it's because father is absent and it's strange with everyone else, even though I don't want him here. Maybe I'm just being silly.

"Rebekah? Tell me how handsome I am," Koly demands sending me a wink as his suit is adjusted by our compelled staff.

"Ah Kol, you know I can't be compelled," she bites back making Finn snicker.

"I think you look handsome Koly," I give him the compliment he wants and he beams at me.

"Thank you Heddy-bear. You look like a Princess," he says kindly before proceeding to insult Rebekah, telling her she should have asked me for fashion advice as her dress looks like a bin bag in comparison to mine.

Suddenly Nik walks in, still dressed in his clothes from when he was staying out of town. He quickly picks a fight with Koly over something stupid. They bicker about Nik's usual threats, sending our family away. He had better not do that again. Ever.

"No, leave Koly alone," I immediately pick my side and Nik backs off once he hears me. "Get changed Nik you look silly."

He frowns as he informs me he's not changed properly yet. Good. He looks rubbish in his usual clothes. It's not good enough for a ball at all. Like I said. He looks silly.

Mother comes in and calls him away, so I let Bekah put some mascara on my eyelashes. She won't let me wear any proper makeup but this is still nice.

My dress touches the floor, even when I'm sitting down. It's long, long enough to hide my bare feet. No one tells me to put shoes on because they can't see my toes peeking out. It's why I picked this dress. Well, that and it's pink of course.

"Hedda," Nik suddenly howls at the top of his lungs. "Why have you been messing around in my bedroom?"

I gasp. Oh no. What a calamity!

He's seen his glittery itchy underwear and somehow knows it was me. I'm done for.

I take off running downstairs so I can avoid getting into trouble. I completely forgot about the glitter. I need to get away from him quickly.

"Don't let him catch me Henrik," I pray as I jump down the stairs. I don't think Nik will follow me down naked. Unless Caroline comes and then he can show off his muscles to impress her.

Guests are beginning to arrive downstairs, Finn and 'Lijah are socialising already. I dart for my nearest brother, who turns out to be Finn, and grab his hand. Nik won't make a scene down here hopefully.

Finny turns in surprise and I immediately feel timid and unsure about holding his hand. We've never held hands. But after a second, he smiles and squeezes my tiny hand in his, giving me back some confidence in approaching him.
