Nurse Ann has no canon backstory, only fanmade ones. The creator only ever posted small bits of information about her which I'll share below.
Appearance/Info
Her full name is Ann Lusen Mia and her birthday is on Halloween. She's a 24 year old 5'7 female. She has pale gray skin and medium length light brown hair. Her right eye is missing and the right side of her face has a laceration that reveals some of her teeth. Her hair covers this. The sclera and iris of her left eye are red but her pupil is black. She wears a totally black and red nurse's uniform. Her mask is black with a red cross on it, completely covering her mouth and nose.
She died at some point but not much information is given about this. Her death was stated to have been caused by a stab wound to the heart, and afterwards her body was dismembered and scattered. Her body is currently stitched up due to her dismemberment.
As a nurse, she's said to have proficient knowledge of the human body that she can use to kill. She can also use this knowledge to save someone if she wishes. Her creator is a bit hard to understand as they aren't a native English speaker and the English translations are a little rough, but it seems as if they portray Ann as a proxy of Slenderman. She also ships Ann with Masky.
Traits
In an information sheet her creator made about her they stated that Ann is quiet, likes to help people, and likes the dark. She really likes vengeance so I'd avoid getting on her bad side. It's said she pretends to like people when in reality she hates them, but this sort of contradicts her liking to help people, so take this information lightly. Since Ann doesn't have a fully fleshed out story, it's hard to tell anything about her for certain.
Motive
Since she likes vengeance, it's possible her motive is to find who killed her and kill them. Additionally, as a proxy, she most likely follows Slenderman's will despite being shown as resistant to him at first.
Weapon(s)
Her weapon is a black chainsaw with a red cross on it. She's also proficient in swordsmanship.
Theories
I have a theory that she's one of the least dangerous creepypastas unless you manage to make her angry at you. She may even be willing to offer some help. I say this because her creator says she likes to help people, so despite the fandom portraying her as a nurse who kills her patients, this may not actually be true. It's completely possible Ann does actually help to heal people and only wishes to kill her own murderer.
Ann was drawn fighting Slenderman by her creator. His tentacles were the only thing in view and Ann was crouched in a corner with her chainsaw, poised to attack. From this, it can be inferred that she didn't/doesn't want to be a proxy despite her status as one. It's possible she'd aid someone in escaping from the creepypastas since she knows the feeling of not wanting to be recruited. I'm grasping at straws here, sorry. :')
I actually totally see that theory being a thing, I believe it's plausible for her to be one of the calmer ones. To me it suits her character since she is known to be a nurse after all. I mean, when I think about it, I can see her being at least a bit more humane than the others. - Brinlee
