A few days have passed since, and the girls were in their recording studio, working on a new album. Hyerin couldn't seem to focus as her mind was somewhere else.

"Hello? Earth to Erin?" Seoyeon nudged the younger, who was zoning out. "Huh? Oh, yeah. Sorry, I'm just a little tired."  She snapped out of her reverie.

To be honest, she had spent the last few days thinking about one thing—or, yet, one person.

Yang Jungwon.

She would smile widely to herself while rewatching their performance videos, or when someone mentions his name. They hadn't seen each other since their performance due to Enha having concerts and events.

She had been in denial, trying to convince herself that these feelings meant nothing, just a phase that'll pass. But in reality, she missed him dearly.

She tried to focus on her work, after all, she just debuted. She didn't want to let anything come between her career, and definitely not a boy.

Meanwhile,

Enhypen had just landed in Korea after having to attend many events and concerts, but they were finally back in the HYBE building.

They were all chilling in the lounge, jet-lagged and in desperate need of sleep. Jungwon was lying on Jay's lap when he suddenly got up. Feeling a little parched, he decided to get some water.

As he walked past Nova's recording studio, he stopped in his tracks as he heard a familiar and beautiful voice coming from the inside. The door wasn't fully closed, so he looked through the gap.

There Hyerin was, sitting on the couch, working on her lines. She sounded like an angel. Her vocals were pleasant to the ears. Jungwon couldn't help but admire her talent. She looked undeniably good even without makeup, her big glasses, and her oversized sweater.

He made his way to the pantry and opened the fridge, getting a bottle of cold water. Jungwon sat on the chair and gulped down half it's contents.

Then, a figure walked in.

"Hyerin."

"Oh- hey Won, I didn't know you were back in Korea." She said, stopping in her tracks. She looked surprised to see Jungwon.

Well, no doubt, she had been thinking about him for the last few days, and here he was, sitting right in front of her.

"Yeah, we just landed today. Here, take a seat." He gestured for her to come over to the chair beside him.

She took a bottle of water from the fridge and took a seat next to him, putting one leg up on the chair. He couldn't help but chuckle at her sudden action.

She tried to play it cool, not letting his presence make it look like she was nervous, even though her heart was racing. "So, how was it, Mr. Yang? All those events and concerts. Must be tiring to be famous, huh?"

She took a sip as she looked at the bare-faced Jungwon.

"Yoiii... It was fun while it lasted, but I'm definitely worn out now. Now I can play video games all day for 2 weeks!" He smiled widely, stretching his arms.

Hyerin couldn't help but notice how broad his shoulders were and how his shirt shaped his muscles clearly.

"You get 2 weeks off? Wahh, I'm so envious. But yeah, you should definitely let your body rest. We haven't even started our tour yet, but I'm already worn out." She sighed, looking down at the floor.

"It'll be tiring but worthwhile. You'll be fine, trust me. You're Kang Hyerin remember?" He nudged her playfully.

"Pff.. I'm nobody compared to THE Yang Jungwon." She rolled her eyes playfully, a smile forming on her face, revealing her dimples.

Jungwon simply let out a chuckle. "So what are your upcoming projects?"

"Well, we're working on an album right now, so we're in the recording studio 24/7. Then I have extra rehearsals with Skz Lee Know sunbaenim."

"Hm? What for?" He asked curiously.

"Apparently we're hosting together on Music Bank. I don't know why they asked me to do it honestly. I've never done anything like this before." She replied.

"Eii.. you're a natural. You'll be the best host, and I'll be rooting for you. Fighting Kang Hyerin!" He gave her a thumbs up.

"Thanks Wonie." She flashed a small smile.

"There you are; come on. It's your turn to record." Hayoung suddenly walked in. "Nooo not yet. Just give me 10 more minutes, please. I can't stay in that room any longer!"

Hyerin shaked her head, fake crying. "Yah your'e so dramatic. Oh hey Jungwon, mind if I steal Hyerin for a minute?" She asked, grabbing Hyerin's arm and leading her out of the pantry.

"Oh. Of course." He scratched his neck and chuckled nervously.

He didn't want anyone to think there was anything going on between them. But then again,

He wouldn't mind it.
