The odd eyed man said as he stood near Noah and Regis , Regis had already fainted and Noah also fainted after saying a word ,
" Finn "

Finn then placed them safely under a tree nearby and then looked at the men in front of him as he smirked .

Everyone felt really uncomfortable with him smirking , he looked like a maniac to them .

" aren't you running away ? "
He asked them genuinely.

" who do you think you are to order us around ? "
One of them said and the others agreed.

" I see . It's been a while since I've killed someone so please don't blame me if I get too cruel with you alright ?"
And then we all know what was bound to happen .

*MEANWHILE AT THE HOUSE*

Azura was in the bedroom , she was having her juice .

" we're not really out of fire wood , where exactly did Finn go ?"
Asher said confused as he just came back from their storage cell .

" I think something is wrong ........he never leaves like this "
Leon said as he got up . Winston who was in the kitchen too got up .

" I'll go follow his scent and see what he's up to , winston join me ."
Leon said and Asher nodded , that was indeed a good thing to do . No one here knew about Finn and things could definitely get troublesome if anyone did catch him .

Leon immediately left in his beast form and winston followed him .

Asher was about to go to the bedroom to join azura and and tell her about what happened but was stopped in his tracks by the sound of the door knocking.

He opened the door to find a female who was crying badly , asher had no idea what to do .

" excuse me , what happened? "
Asher asked her but she didn't seem to stop sobbing .

After hearing all this commotion, azura came out to see what was wrong and found a crying female at the door step and her mate confused as he looked at the female.

" who is she? And why is she crying ? "
Azura rushed towards the door and brought the female in the house and helped her Seat , her crying didn't seem to stop .

Asher stood there , none of them knew how to react to this .

" what happened to you ? Why are you crying like this ?"
She was totally panicked at this point . Still reminded herself to not take too much stress as it was not good for her health .

" a beastman is mercilessly slaughtering my settlement , he- he is killing my males , please help "
The female begged as she kept crying . Seeing her this desperate and scared, azura couldn't help but feel bad and scared . Who was this beastman who was killing everyone all of a sudden? If this female managed to run towards her then it probably meant that she lived somewhere near here only and that beastman could come here anytime following her scent.

The thought of something like that happening made her heart drop to her stomach.

" Darling, calm down , take deep breaths "
Asher said as he rubbed azura's back and whispered soothing words .

" it's safe here  , no one is going to harm you or this female hmm , you're safe , nothing can ever happen to you "
Asher said assuring azura . He knew that she must have over thinked about this situation in many ugly ways.

" hmm . "
Azura nodded as she hugged the crying female who slowly calmed down .

" Asher, could you please go and deal with him ? "
Azura said and the other female looked at them converse .

" no , I'm not leaving you alone , we'll see if he comes here , but leaving you alone is a big fat no "
Asher said immediately. He did not want to leave azura's side at all . Though the beastman slaughtering everyone did seem dangerous but that did not mean that he needed to leave azura alone if he wanted to deal with him .

" but I'm safe , nothing will happen to me ! "
Azura said, the pregnancy hormones got the best of her and she couldn't help but be petrified at the thought of people dying over there .

Asher sighed as he held her and looked in her eyes ,
" Darling, no means no "
He said with a straight face .

" but people are dying Asher, you can save them if you want "
Azura said as some tears slid down hee eyes . This was not helping at all . Why was she crying again ? She didn't know why ? But tears unconsciously came out .

She felt something wrong was going to happen, if Asher did go help team, they sll could be saved and the wrong thing could be stopped.

" why are you crying ? It hurts me darling "
Asher said as he wiped her tears away .

Asher looked at the other female who had finally calmed down , he was aware of the fact that there indeed was a small settlement of wolf tribe near there, so the female wasn't lying .

Asher sighed.
He hoped that Finn and Leon return back faster .

Azura's teary eyes weren't helping him calm down at all .

" Fine , darling , when I leave, close the door and don't let anyone in , take care of yourself , I won't be able to bear it if anything were to happen to you our our little fairy hmmmm , I'll be back in a snap of finger ok "
Asher said as he kissed her forehead and caressed her belly .

Azura said as she got up and walked him to the door , she saw him fly away until the end and when she was about to close the door and go inside until ................
