Chapter 66

JJs POV

Well, today's the day. I'm still pretty nervous about it. Especially since I will be without Emily since she is keeping Mara

We talked last night and she is going to just stay in the car with Mara while we are at my mothers.

Mara, is still asleep on top of me. Definitely very cuddly last night.

I really didn't want to wake her but I needed to pee,

Emily was still asleep so I didn't want to wake her either,

I carefully rolled Mara off of me and she cuddled into Emily's side and Emily instinctively wrapped her arm protectively around her

I left the two of them in bed and went to get ready for the day as well as ordering room service so breakfast would be here

When I walked back out Mara had moved and buried her head into Emily's chest

I waited until breakfast arrived before I woke up my two girls

"Morning" Emily mumbles and I smile

Once her and Mara woke up completely he three of us sat down and ate breakfast

"We seeing Maya and rina today?" Mara ask and I nod

"We are, but I have to go with them for a little and you are staying with mommy" I tell her and she frowns

"Maybe we can do dinner together" I say and she nods happily

I'm glad she wants to see Maya and Carina, they are both wonderful people and I'm happy that we get to have this relationship

The three of us spent the morning cuddled in bed per maras orders

At lunch we decided to go out and we would just meet Maya and Carina in the lobby at noon like we planned

I'm hoping that since we stayed in bed the first half of the day Mara won't be as tired after lunch since we won't be at the hotel

After we ate lunch at a restaurant near the hotel we walked back to the hotel hand in hand, Mara happily pulling us along while holding both of our hands

When we got to the hotel we seen both Maya and Carina in the lobby and Mara let go of our hands and ran across the lobby to Carina

"Buongiorno bambina" Carina smiles and picks Mara up

"Hey, you guys ready?" I ask them and Maya nods

"Let's go before I back out" Maya says and Emily tried to take Mara from Carina but she refused and turned away

"You will see them later I promise" Emily says and Mara nods and lets Emily take her this time

"Dinner?" Mara ask

"We'll see" Emily says and we all get into our cars, the two of them has rented one so they would have it while here

I decided on driving to my mothers, the entire ride was quiet, even Mara had stayed quiet and just looked out the window

When we pulled up out front of my mothers I put the car in park and turned it off while Maya did the same behind us

"If you need me, I will be there" Emily says and I nod

"I know I just- really don't want her knowing about Mara" I say and she nods and kisses the back of my hand

"I love you, okay? You got this and don't let her get under your skin" Emily says and I smile

"I love you too, I'll try not to take too long" I sigh

I got out of the car and met Carina and Maya by their car
