You had met Bucky Barnes at the Avengers Tower four years ago. To this day, you still didn't know he had fallen hard in love then and still had deep feelings towards you, and you thought he only saw you as a friend. A shame, considering you both secretly loved each other, but neither believed the other could love them in return. You and Bucky had kept in touch, exchanging phone numbers after the events of the Accords and the Avengers team breaking up, and he went to Wakanda while you lived on the run with Cap and the other 'criminals' of your former teammates. You called each other as often as possible, but you never realized Bucky would stay on the phone for a few seconds after you hung up, just to say what he didn't have the courage to tell you when you might actually hear him;
