Tony's parties tended to get on your nerves- all those rich people you didn't know, openly socializing with other strangers like it was no big deal. Naturally, you tended to avoid attending your brother's events, except his birthday, for many years, until he joined the Avengers. He decided to throw a little dinner party for just the team, plus a few. You were invited, and seeing as it was only a few people (albeit all of them superheroes except you and two others), you went. And you were certainly glad you did, considering that a very attractive redheaded badass kept flirting with you all evening. She winked at you after making a clever joke and took a swig of beer, and it was only when you met your brother's teasing gaze a moment later that you realized you were definitely blushing.
"So, Y/N, has Stark given you a tour of the tower yet?"
