Jake is talking to this really cute girl at the bar. I'm so proud of him his dates have going very bad. He left me and Sarge at the bar. "What about you?", he asked. "What about me?" I ask back finishing my drink. "Where is your boyfriend" "nonexistent, I'm gonna die alone" he sighed. "A pretty girl like you can get a boy without even thinking about it" Truth is I just broke up with my boyfriend of 7 months. I did love him but he cheated on me. "I can get a boy I just don't want to" I ordered another drink and started drinking it. "I think you have had enough what's wrong with you Mary?" He asked. I sighed, "My boyfriend cheated on me so I ended a 7 month relationship", I say looking down not wanting to cry any more. He stands up quickly. "Who is he, and dose Jake know?"  "No one at work knows and you don't need his name ok, he learned his lesson" I say finishing my new drink. "That's enough I'm taking you home", and he did.
He walked me in but when I went to say goodbye things just fell apart. "Sarge why can't I find a nice guy like you", I say crying again. He hugged me, "shh Mary, it's ok. He's not worth it ok. You'll be ok" "I love you" I say a little drunk. "I love you too" I said goodbye and went to bed early that night.
"What's his name", Jake asked me the next day. "Nice to see you too" I say ignoring him. "Why didn't you tell me" "none of your Business", I say sittings me desk. "You look awful" "thanks big brother nice to know that you love me" "I mean you look like your not taking care of yourself" I roll me eyes. "Says cake for breakfast". He was right I forgot to wear makeup today. And I ALWAYS wear makeup. I haven't done my laundry in a week and I'm wearing tennis shoes. I know I'm so gross. Who even owns tennis shoes.

Jakes P. O. V.
"Is your sister ok", Rosa came up and asked me. "No her boyfriend cheated on her so she broke it off" "How long was she dating him?" Amy asked. "7 months, and I didn't even know she was seeing someone, and I'm like the most observant person" I say with full confidence. They gave me a look. "Poor baby" says Amy. "I remember when I was that age. That young relationships never work" Rosa says. She really is the baby of the nine nine family. Everyone cares about her except Charles. Which literally kills me. How can my best friend and my sister hate each other. What's worse is that I know it's Charles fault.
Mary's P. O. V.
"Who is she Mary I'll burn the bitch. I got hair spray and a lighter", Gina says and has a crazy look on her face. "Gina you know I love you but you work with cops. Your talking to a detective", I say. "Fine we will just burn her house. All I need is a address", She pulls out a lighter.
"Hey sweetie how ya doing" I look up to Santiago. "Jake told ya didn't he?" I asked "yeah but I still want to know how your doing" "I'm fine really I'm just going to head home" she looked so surprised. "But it's Friday you always go out" I smile. "I'm just not feeling it today" "Well what if all the girls go out for a drink", she says. "That sounds really awesome but I think I'm gonna take a rain check" I went home made my self a sad dinner and went to bed.
