I watch from the porch as Steven and Ame run off to get some bits, i honestly don't understand why they just dont get frys instead? oh well, at least they're out of the house and having fun.
" this is bad" Garnet says while adjusting her visors.
pearl gazes through her telescope "Look at the size of it, I had no idea these things were so big!"
I couldn't help but stifle a laugh a laugh at that and mumble "thats what she said..." I suppose Garnet heard me and smirked at me, i noticed that Ame was running towards us carrying my lil boy. "Garnet! Pearl! Indy!" she shouted
"We saw. Some of us are trying to protect humanity. where were you?" pearl said rather pissed
Ame placed Steven down "... Eating fry bits." Pearl just sighed not going to bother anymore with the topic which i am glad about.
"Oh, can I see?..." Steven takes a look through P's telescope and gasped, "Woah. It's a giant eyeball! Awesome"
"NOT awesome! It's a Red Eye" Pearl grumbled out
"A Red Eye?! It's going to infect us all!" Steven yelled out while flailing his arms around dramatically.
"That's pink eye, Steven." Garnet told him, to in which me and Ame laughed at that earned a glare from Pearl but i could care less after my laughter had subsided i placed a hand on Steven's head ruffling his hair gently.
"It's going to crash into and crush us, along with a bunch of oblivious, innocent people! We have to stop it." I couldn't help but cross my arms " not ALL are innocent Pearl..." I felt like someone was starring at me but i just brushed it off as my paranoia kicking in.
"What are we going to do?" i asked abit annoyed at Pearl still.
Garnet Adjusts her visor " The only thing powerful enough to destroy it is a Light Cannon that belonged to Rose Quartz" .
" my other mom...?" Steven said quietly
"If Rose were here, this would be so easy." Ame angerly moans out
"I know, but she's not, and the cannon is missing. We'll have to find another solution."
"If it belonged to my other mom, I bet my dad knows where it is. He can help us save the day!" he said with stars in his eyes which i found adorable, no one said anything.pearl just had to be all bitchy and sugarcoats her opinion of Greg " Greg is... nice, Steven, but I doubt Rose would entrust someone like him with such a powerful weapon."
"Your dad is kind of a mess, Steven." Ame said as she placed one of her hands on Steven's shoulder, i bit my tongue.
"AMETHYST" Pearl yelled at her" he isn't THAT bad Ame, i like him...to an extent." I chimed in
"I'm just sayin' you two, even if she did leave it with him, he probably broke it, or lost it, or dropped it in the ocean by now."
"True." Garnet AGREED!?
"well if my opinion matters at all on this subject...I personally think that greg will have it" i say crossing my arms.
"Exactly mom, I'm sure he's just keeping it somewhere safe. I'll even go ask him." Steven said
"We can handle this, Steven." She looked at Ame " ready?"
Garnet picks up Amethyst and tosses her at the Red Eye, to no effect, making Amethyst fall into the ocean.
"Ugh, I'm gonna go." Steven groaned out
"... Okay, good luck." pearl said with a sad smile.
