Chapter 111- Prom Night pt1: Leaving

I put my red lipstick on and rubbed my lips together. A smile spread my face.

"You look gorgeous,"May clapped her hands and jumped up and down.

I looked at her. "This feels like deja vu."

"Really?"

"Yeah...I've got so many butterflies in my stomach."

"Come here."

I walked over to her.

She started tugging on my strap.

"Hey, what-"

"For a push up bra, it isn't pushing up a thing."

I sighed. "May, just...leave my boobs alone."

"Am I walking in at the wrong time?,"my dad stood in the doorway.

"Oh, no dad. It's fine."

"You look nice. Both of you. Flynn's downstairs with your mom taking pictures."

"Oh no."

"Sure right. Hurry up, guys." He walked away.

I looked at May. "Flynn's downstairs."

"Are you nervous?"

"Very, very nervous."

"That's because you look pretty."

I blushed.

"Let's go." May rushed out of the room.

I slowly walked out of the room.

May was on her way down the stairs. "Presenting, Harley Branson."

I held unto the railing and walked down the stairs.

Flynn looked up at me and a smile spread across his face. He walked over to me and held my hands. "You look beau-"

There was a sudden flash.

"Mom!,"I shouted blinking my eyes to get rid of the light in them.

"Sorry hun,"she giggled. "You just...look so beautiful."

May's mother laughed.

"Thank you....But I wanted Flynn to say it to me."

He chuckled. "Your mom did so I'll tell you something better. You look perfect."

I blushed.

He leaned forward to kiss me.

"Uh,"I put my finger on his lips. "I'm wearing red lipstick. It'll get all over your lips."

He smiled. "I don't care." He kissed me and a flash went off again.

"Seriously mom?" I looked at May. Her smile was weak.

I leaned foward. "Is he in the limo?"

He nodded. "Yep."

"Group photo,"my mom jumped up and down.

The three of us stood together, then someone stood beside May.

She looked up at him. "Hayden?"

He smiled at her.

She quickly hugged him. "Oh my goodness. You're here."

He looked at me then at May. "Uhm...Lola's still my date-"

"I know,"she nodded. "...we'll actually she thinks she's your date but when this is over you'll be all mine,"she held his collar.

"May,"her mother snapped her fingers at her. "Your dress. Come with me in the kitchen so I can fix it."

They walked into the kitchen.

I smiled at Hayden. "So, are you ready?"

"Like Freddy,"he smirked.

May walked out of the kitchen. "Let's go guys." She didn't look too happy.

We walked out of the house.

A white limousine was parked on front of the house.

Flynn's parents stood on the steps waving at us.

We waved back then we took one last picture and got into the limo.

"It smells like a bunch of roses dies in here,"I layed on Flynn's shoulder.

May frowned.

"Hey, are you okay?"

"I didn't tell you but...I got a scholarship to Yale."

"Wow. And you barely even studdied. That's awesome-"

"No, it isn't. I don't want to leave this place. I want to be here with all of you,"she looked at Hayden.

"It's fine May. I've applied for a few colleges in New York-"

"What?,"Flynn looked at me.

"Yeah, but it's not like I'll get into any of them-"

"Harley, I haven't even applied for college yet."

"That's awesome. You can come to New York with me-"

"I don't want to go to New York."

"Well I'm going back to England,"Hayden shrugged.

"What?,"May looked at him.

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding. I'm stuck here. Unlike the rest of you."

Flynn frowned. "I can't believe you're leaving me."

"I'm not,"I held his hand. "We have months together-"

"I don't want months. I want you here with me..like forever."

I giggled.

"I don't want you to leave."

"Lets..let's enjoy tonight. Okay?"

He nodded then he put his hand on my cheek and kissed me.
