When Nanami and Y/N returned back at the apartment, Alisha told Y/N of her and Nanami moving in together, and even though Nanami had already told Y/N of the agreement she still went along with being clueless about the entire ordeal.

She, in all, was happy for them both. However, since Alisha was moving Y/N would be stuck with the rent.

"I could still pay the other half you know, I have no problem with that at all. I mean we are technically still living together." She said.

"Nah, I've got it. Once you move out the place is all mines."

"Nanami, please tell her it's only fair that I still pay half of the rent." Alisha says to Nanami who had just gotten a text from Gojo.

He glanced away from the screen to look at them. "And please tell her once she leaves the place is my responsibility and she doesn't needs to pay anything after her departure."

"Well?" Alisha asks him.

Nanami exhales, turning his phone off and placing it in his pocket. He needed a clear head for an analysis on the situation at hand. If he agrees incorrectly his head may get chewed off, but he knows that wouldn't be the case.

Nanami leaned back in his seat and said. "The two of you are adults, and adults make life choices. In situations like this it's up to you to decide what's good for you and the other person." He begins. "The both of you are doing that right now.

"Y/N, you think Alisha shouldn't pay since she wouldn't be living here anymore and if she still does you'd feel guilty about it. And darling, you think that if you leave your best friend having to pay in full after you leave would be wrong as well since you too may feel guilty about it."

"Okay so what's the conclusion?" Y/N asked.

Nanami shrugged. "In this situation I can't agree to either side since I think the both of you are trying to do the right thing. The best the two of you can do is duel it out."

"You want us to fight?!" Alisha held a shocked expression.

"No." Nanami nearly grinned. "You can do rock, paper, scissors or something else to settle it." He shrugs.

"Pfft sounds like something Gojo would say."

"Alisha, you and Nanami are taking a huge step with your relationship. After this move who knows what'll be next. Marriage, maybe? We came to Japan to have fun and live a different life and right now you have that chance. What's $150 more I can't pay? Stop worrying about me, okay? I'll be fine, I just want to see you enjoy your life. It's about time and you know that."

Alisha chewed at her bottom lip. "I-

"Hush now. You'll still visit, and I'll still get to see you. Be the adult you are and stay with your soon-to-be husband."

Nanami fixed his glasses to hide the sudden blush that painted his cheeks. The thought of marriage so soon made his heart rush. He wouldn't want to think about that so soon. Even though he's had the thought before.

Y/N realized Alisha was flushed as well. Smiling, Y/N pulled her friend into a hug. "It's fine, really."

"I just don't want you to be here all by yourself with nothing to do."

"You can visit whenever you're free and I have Nabora and the others so I'll still have company everyday."

"Oh alright. It's settled then."

Nanami inwardly smiled. "So it's settled."

And as Nanami, someone who forgot about Gojo's text message, celebrated a bit with a glass of champagne Y/N forced him to take, Gojo laid hugging himself on the floor of an alleyway punch drunk after going out to look for more of his needed supplies he couldn't find.
