Suman POV

"I have left a few things to do exclusively to my wife,"

He said, and I immediately pulled my hand back.

"You should stop calling me that,"

I tried to say, and he thinned his brows with wicked face.

"Why so?"

I sighed deeply and looked at him.

"Because...,"

I started but did not what I should say. He waited for a few moments and replied.

"I think you need time to figuring out the 'beacuse',"

I lowered my gaze and shook my head.

"Because, no one knows that who we are to each other,"

I tried to say and 'No one' was actually him in the back of my mind. He stayed silent and held my hand gently, lowering his gaze unable to answer.

"Its okay, you do not have to answer. I know its complicated,"

I tried to say and he looked at me.

"I am clear about it. You should battle your mind,"

He said and kissed my fingers. I pulled my hand back from his hold slowly and smiled weakly looking at him.

"You should not be hungry. I brought you dinner and its good if I do not walk out empty handed at this late from your chamber,"

I tried to say and he stood up smirking a little.

"Someone is getting good at sneaking out,"

He said and walked past him but taking my hand along with him.

"Let's eat together,"

He said sitting down on the couch and I immediately shook my head feeling hot in my cheeks seeing him half naked and tempting before me, obviously on the couch.

"You should I cannot do it,"

He chuckled a little while looking at me.

"You already did a lot more,"

His words reminded me of the hot encounter we just had and he pulled me slowly, closer to him. I sat down with him and he asked.

"How was your day?"

I looked at him tearing down a bite and shoving into his mouth.

"Umm, it was good and you should wash your hand before eating,"

I tried to say and he replied.

"Have you seen a lion washing his hand before having his meal?"

I inhaled deeply and sharpened my gaze at him.

"But, there should be some difference between an animal and a man,"

He immediately lifted his gaze to look at me and I felt as if I spoke out of range and muttered.

"Sorry,"

"Good,"

He muttered and pushed the plate closer to me a little.

"Do you want to eat?"

He asked and I looked at him with disbelief.

"From your plate?"

I asked and he nodded.

"I think I should not,"

He gulped silenly for a moment and said.
