"Yeh sab hamare liye!!!!"Iti screamed in joy as she saw the big bag full of chocolates and other snacks she loved eating.
"Toh aur kiske liye!ek hi toh pyaari poti h hamari!!"Bade dadu said with equal enthusiasm and Iti leaned into his body hugging his legs and Bade dadu picked her up in his arms.
"Dadu neeche rakhiye unhe,bhari h woh"Hriday said because his Dadu was old now.
"Aap Buddha keh rahe h kya hame?"Dadu said getting offended.
"Nhi,aap bht jawan h bas!!ab neeche utariye inhe"Hriday said and Dadu sighed and put Iti down.
"Ab hum apni poti ko utha bhi nhi sakte apni godi mein!"Dadu said childishly.
"Aisa nhi h Dadu,aapki tabiyat abhi tak puri tarah se thik nhi hui h"Hriday said.
"Hum bilkul thik h Hriday!"Dadu said.
"Bilkul,aap puri tarah se thik h Dadu,ab chaliye ander toh aaiye, Hriday unhe aise kyu darwaze pr rok kr rakha h,ander aane dijiye!"Aayat intervened as she didn't wanted Hriday to constantly remind his dadu about his health because then Dadu gets irritated and upset hearing it all the time from everyone.
"Aapse zyada samajhdar toh hamari bahu h!"Dadu said as Aayat touched his feets and he blessed her patting her head lovingly.
"Aap sab bethiye hum aapke liye juice lekr aate h"Aayat said as she touched her mother in law's feet too as even she had joined Dadu.
As Dadu and Jheel mostly visited Hriday,Aayat and Iti this was yet another such meet.They would often indulge in chats which would lead to laughter,enjoyment and a scrumptious meal.
"Acha toh bataiye aapne kya kya kiya itne din?"Dadu asked Iti who sat beside him and happily blabbered everything to him.
Even carrie liked their presence and would run to them happily whenever they would visit.
"Aap unhe haath mat lagaiye dadu,woh chaatne lagta h phir,germs phelte h phir"Hriday stopped his dadu from petting carrie and the former and latter both frowned.
"Aap toh hame bilkul phul jesa nazuk samajh rahe h ab!"Dadu said.
"Woh vaccinated h Dadu aap chu sakte h.....aur Hriday zara ander aaiye na woh hame cheeni ka dabba utaar kr dijiye!"Aayat said looking at him and he understood that he had to follow her.
"Kya hua?"He asked as they went into their kitchen.
"Aap baar baar dadu ko unki health se related na kuch bataiye aur na kuch puchiye aur unhe yaad bhi mat dilaiye,maa ne kaha h ki woh aaj kal bht irritate ho jaate h kyuki ghar mein sab unki sehat ki hi baatein krte h,agar woh yaha aaye h toh unhe accha mehsoos krwaiye na!!baar baar health related baat mat kijiye!"Aayat said and he sighed but nodded.
He just couldn't help but be more careful now regarding his dadu's health,he had already suffered a heart attack now.
"Thik h"Hriday said.
"Ab jaiye aur bethiye unke pas aur koi aur baat kijiye unse,unka mann lagaiye!"Aayat said and he nodded and left.
Aayat got the juice for everyone and they all had it because there was still a lil time for dinner.
"Aapka college kesa chal raha h Aayat?"Dadu asked with a smile and Aayat returned that smile.
"Bht accha chal raha h Dadu,aap aaj kal kya likh rahe h?"Aayat asked as she had recently got to know about this hidden talent of his grandfather in law who loved writing.
