I walked through the double front doors and shut them behind me. As I walked past the kitchen, I greeted Alice and Bella who both had huge smiles on their faces. I walked up the steps and went down the hallway, making my way to my bedroom. Everything seemed like a normal day until I walked past the playroom and noticed someone playing with Landon and Charlize. I stopped in my tracts. I couldn't be Bella or Alice because they are downstairs. And there is no way it is Rosaline because she has blonde hair while this person has black. My last suggestion was Esmee, but that couldn't be her because she comes over with Carlisle. Leaving me with only one option.
"Layla!" I mumbled.
I quickly turned around and ran over to the playroom. I stopped in the doorway and saw the twins playing in front of, who could only be, Layla. It was like my heart sank in my chest. It has been such a long time since I have seen her. I felt like a teenage boy again. I didn't know how to speak in front of her.
"Layla?"
She turned her head and looked at me. It is her! A gentle smile appeared on her face. She left the twins to play, while she stood up. She is wearing a blue sweater and gold necklace, along with black leggings that are partially covered by brown boots. Her long black hair was worn down. Layla looks absolutely beautiful. Something that never stops.

"Hi, Seth." Layla greeted.
I couldn't help smiling. I ran over to her and wrapped my arms around her back. Layla put her arms around my neck, then she gently placed her left hand on top of my head. I couldn't believe she was back. I missed her so much, and I didn't plan on letting her go anytime soon.

"I missed you so much!" I admitted.
"I missed you too, Seth." Layla cried.
"I can't believe your back!" I exclaimed.
"I'm home." Layla corrected.
I leaned in to kiss Layla. Our lips met and began moving in sync with each other. She backed me up to the wall, so I spun around and put her up against the wall. Layla stopped me and said, "Seth, the kids."
I backed away from Layla. I walked over to Landon and Charlize and picked them up in my arms. I went out of the playroom, across the hallway where Landon's bedroom was located. Layla followed behind me. I placed Landon gently in his crib.

Then I went into Charlize's bedroom, where I laid her down gently in her own crib.
"The nursery's are beautiful." Layla complimented.

I walked over to Layla in the doorway. I grabbed her hand and led her out of Charlize's bedroom, shutting the door behind us. I led her down the hallway, toward the master bedroom. I opened the door and we both went into the bedroom. I closed the door behind us and locked it so that we couldn't be interrupted. Then, I began kissing Layla again as I backed her up to the bed. When the back of her legs touched the bed, she sat down on the edge.

I climbed on top of Layla, as I kissed her lips and neck.
"Seth, the family is going to be here soon." Layla chuckled.
"That's plenty of time." I smiled, as I continued.
