It was morning, everyone was busy in their own works. Subhadra and Dushala was sitting in their chamber.
Subhadra:"How long we should sit like this Dushu?"
Dushala:"what's the matter Subhu?"
Subhadra:"I'm bored......", she said laying down on the bed.
Dushala:"Tell me, what do you want?",she asked smiling.
Subhadra:"Can we go outside Dushu",she said with excitement.
Dushala:"okay subhu, Come let's go to the garden".
Subhadra:"Garden?, she said irritatingly.
Dushala:"Then, what do you mean?", she asked confusly.
Subhadra:"I mean, Can we go outside the palace Dushu".
Dushala:"What? Outside the palace?No subhu,we can't".
Subhadra:"This is how you treat your friend Dushu",she said pouting.
Dushala:"This is not Dwaraka Subhu,we don't have the permission".
Subhadra:"So don't ask for the permission", she said smiling.
Dushala:"What are you saying subhu?", she asked curiously.
Subhadra:"I mean, we can sneak out of the palace ", she said waking up from the bed.
Dushala:"Sneak out? No subhu, if anyone finds out,we will be finished",she said with fright.
Subhadra:"Don't worry, I will deal with it".
Dushala:"No.... I can't subhu"
Subhadra:"Dushu.... please.... please...".
Dushala:"No Subhu".
Subhadra pouted and looked at her with glittering eyes.
Dushala:"Okay..! But how can we?".
Subhadra hugged Dushala and said happily"Leave it to me".
Subhadra:"I will be back",she said and left the chamber.
Dushala:"what is she upto?",she thought anxiously.
Subhadra returned back with set of ordinary clothes.
Subhadra:"Dushu, here You go",she said and handed over the clothes.
Dushala took the clothes and asked"Why for?"
Subhadra:"Then are you gonna sneak out as a Princess?".
Dushala:"ehh... No Subhu", she said smiling.
Subhadra:"Then change fast,we have to return back before anyone knows".
Dushala nodded and both of them changed their outfit.
Subhadra:"Now we look exactly like maids",she said dragging Dushala and looked at the mirror.
"Now veil your face Dushu, It's time for us to go".
Both of them veiled their face and left the chamber.
Dushala:"Subhu, let's go back. I'm scared",she said tensely.
Subhadra:"Dushuu... Don't worry I will take care".
"As the Princes are summoned in the court for the meeting, It will be easy for us to go".
Dushala:"But how will we enter back subhu",she asked with fear.
"Think it once more, should we go".
Subhadra:"Believe me Dushu",she said patting Dushala's shoulder.
Dushala nodded unwillingly.
They reached at the entrance point,and Subhadra asked the permission from the soldier,to which he nodded.
Subhadra and Dushala was about to step out of the entrance, suddenly another soldier interrupted"Excuse me,we need the help of a maid in the kitchen work. Anyone of you can come with me now".
Subhadra and Dushala looked at eachother.
Dushala:"I will go with him Subhu",she whispered to Subhadra.
Subhadra nodded and said"I will be waiting you outside".
Dushala nodded and went with him.
Meanwhile Subhadra stepped out of the entrance and started waiting Dushala outside.
Subhadra moved to the shade of the tree and sat on the rock,and started playing with the Grass.
After sometime, she saw the gate at the entrance getting closed.
Subhadra:"Why's the gate closing at this time?",she thought and got up and moved towards the entrance.
Subhadra:"What's the matter?",she asked a soldier who was standing outside.
Soldier:"It's closed as per the order".
Subhadra:"Order? what?",she asked confusly.
Soldier:"It's the order from the court that no one other than the king and the Princes should be let in or out of the palace".
Subhadra:"What?, she asked aghastly.
"But I have to enter the palace".
Soldier:"I'm really sorry, But it's the order from the court",he said sternly.
"So I can't let you in".
Subhadra:"oh...noo ,I'm trapped..!",she whispered to herself.
She moved from the entrance and looked at the gate and then at the Village.
"What will I do now?",she asked herself and took a deep breath"I will find a way out", she said and move towards the village.
Meanwhile Dushala has finished her work in the kitchen and moved to the entrance point.
She saw the gate closed and asked the soldier to open it.
Soldier:"I'm sorry, I can't let you out".
Dushala:"Why?, she asked frightened.
He told about the order from the court.
Dushala:"But,my friend is outside,you can let her in right", she asked nervously.
Soldier shooked his head .
Dushala:"Subhu..!", she exclaimed and went towards her chamber.
Dushala entered her chamber and closed the doors.
Dushala:"Where are you subhu?",she said and moved towards the window.
"I have warned you not to go, Now look what has happened".
"What will I do now?", she said by sitting on the floor tensely.
"Come back soon subhu", she whispered herself.
After some time, she heard a knock at the door,and her heart beat started to increase.
Dushala:"Who's that?",she asked nervously without opening the door.
Nakul:"It's me Dushala.. your bratha Nakul".
Dushala:"What's the matter?",she asked controlling herself.
Nakul:"What are you two doing? Aren't you coming outside?"
Dushala:"Just nothing bratha".
Nakul:"Where's Subhadra?I can't hear her?"
Dushala:"Subhu... Subhu is asleep", she said nervously.
Arjun:"Asleep? Now?",he asked confusly.
Dushala:"Yes bratha, she's sleeping and I don't want to disturb her".
Nakul:"What about you Dushala? Why aren't you coming out?"
Dushala:"Me..eh... I'm too feeling tired, We will come after sometime bratha..".
Nakul and Arjun looked eachother mischievously.
Nakul:"Okay! We will meet after sometime".
Nakul:"Something mischeif ?",he whispered to Arjun.
Arjun:"I think so",he said nodding.
And both of them left.
Dushala heard the sound of their footsteps lessen and gave a relief.
"Oh..god how long will I able to play like this?"Please help me to bring my Subhu back", she whispered herself.
