CHAPTER #9

LUCY's POV

I LET out a soft groan before opening my eyes. I stretched out my body before I turned into my side only to find out that I was sleeping alone. A frowned embedded into my face before I sit down and travel my eyes inside my room. Where the heck is Natsu?

I was about to pick my phone when I saw a pink sticky note that was place above my phone.

Good morning, Princess... In case that you are looking for me. I'm in the middle of doing some errand for your daddy. I'll be back so don't miss me that much okay. :* :*

- Your precious butler, Natsu

I chuckle as I read the last part of his note. It was so cute especially that drawing of kiss emoji. I put his note in my jewellery box before I decided to dial his number. After a couple of ring - he finally answer "Good morning, sleepy head" he greet me as soon as he answer my call.

"What kind of errand you are doing right now? You should at least wake me before leaving" I murmur.

"I don't have a heart on waking you up" he sincerely said "Besides you look so cute and peaceful while sleeping."

What he just said makes my heart beat fast. I can feel that my face is now turning into read because of his sudden compliment. I clear my throat before I speak "What time will you back?"

He chuckle "I don't know," he pauses "Why? Do you miss me?" he teases me.

I roll my eyes even if he can't see me doing it "My ass" I scowl.

He laughs "Just admit it, Luce" he teases me.

"Stop it, Natsu" I grimace "Stop pushing it because I won't say it."

A frowned embedded into my face when he didn't say anything – I open my mouth to say something "Natsu, are you in there?"

"I'm still here..." he pauses "I'm just wondering why you're being unfair to me" he said and I can imagine him pouting his lips right now.

I bit my lower lips "I'm not being unfair!"

"Because I miss you, Lucy" he said it out loud – I open my mouth to say something but my words vanished inside my throat preventing me to speak any words "It's unfair that I'm just the one who feel it. You should miss me."

I open my mouth again then close it – and the open it again. I really don't know what to say to me in this moment. I'm not even sure if I miss him too or not. But one thing I want him to do for me right now. I inhale sharply before I lazily lay down in my bed "Then come back now, Natsu" I murmur almost like a whisper "I'll be here waiting for you"

AFTER THAT call with him, I decided to do my morning routines. I'm wearing a black sleeveless shirt paired by white short. Since, I have lots of time this morning – I fixed my hair into side braid before a maid calls me for my breakfast. As soon as went to dining hall, I saw my parents waiting me there "Good morning, Mama, Papa" I say before I sat down in my place.

"Are you okay now, Sweetie?" my mother asked me worriedly.

I nodded "Yeah, I probably just stressed," I pauses "ou know, school stuff"

"Lucy?" my father called me. I gave him a confused look and wait for him to continue whatever he wants to say, "Natsu Dragneel slept on your room last night" he say – he didn't say it like he was asking me a question instead it almost looks like he just want to confirmed it to me.

"Yeah" I say before I shrugged my shoulder, "He just practically make sure that I'm okay."

"If you are not feeling okay last night," he pauses "We can always bring you to the hospital. What if he did something on you?"
