Wendy sat on the steps. She was completely embarrassed. Caught watching a stupid show that babies would probably watch. But it wasn't just for kids! At least, that's what she told herself.

She decided she was going to go yell at Milo. For finding out her stupid secret. Well, it wasn't really a secret. It was just really stupid and she wish he would've never found out about.

"Milo, what are you doing?" Kingsley asked. She looked to see him holding a pistol. Wendy's thoughts began to spiral, as she imagined the imminent death she as watching. Milo began to tear up.
"Please... shoot me." He said, turning the hunt around so that the handle was closer to Kingsley. He stared, completely and utterly surprised. "I can't live with my decisions... please just... pull the trigger." The tears swiftly fell onto the floor. He stared, and slowly pulled the gun from his hands. He stared for a couple of seconds, and then put it onto the counter.
"Milo, I'm not going to shoot you! One, people hear the gun shot. Two, I'm holding a baby. Three, I'm not going to become a murderer. Four, you need to let go! I literally don't care what you did because I don't remember my past life! But I am living now, and that's all I care about." He stood there frozen, staring. Wendy knew she had to intervene.
"You guys are over dramatic." She said, walking into the kitchen. Kingsley jumped back, completely surprised.
"Oh god why do you keep jumping out of nowhere!" He yelled. She shrugged in response. She looked at Milo, who was staring at the floor, before walking out of the room and upstairs.
"Hey, Wendy!" Her older brother yelled, opening the front door. "Can we get into the car and go somewhere?" She sighed.
"Sure." She followed her brother outside and got into the passenger seat of the car.
"So, what's happened since I last saw you?" He asked. She thought about it for a moment as they drove past the school.
"I stole a cop car." She said. Her brother looked at her with wide eyes. That made her smile. "Then we crashed into another one. That's how I met Irene."
"That's the Weeping Angel from the news, right?" He asked. She rolled her eyes.
"She's only on the news because she's a baby." She pouted. Her brother immediately started laughing. "What? What's so funny!?"
"Nothing! It's nothing!" He chuckled. She glared at him, before rolling her eyes. "Anyway, we're here." Wendy looked up, and gave a disgusted look.
"We're at a record shop!?" She groaned.
"Come on! I can't spend some time with my sister?" He asked. She sighed, getting out of the car.
"Fine."

They walked into the small shop. Music was playing on the record player. Some sort of classical piece that she didn't recognize.

"Wendy!" Kanai yelled, running over and pulling her into a hug. She tried her best to get free but he was to strong. She gave up, and stood there instead.
"Hey... Kanai." She replied.
"Man, I thought you guys died or something! It really freaked me out." He explained. She stared at him for a moment.
"Why did you think that?" She asked. His face turned a bit red.
"You know, because of the huge fire? It was on the news." He said, nervously laughing a bit afterwards. Wendy looked to her brother, who was glaring at Kanai. He shrugged.

They hung out at the record shop for awhile. Wendy actually managed to find her favorite song. Kanai really liked the song. He showed her a pretty similar song, that she couldn't help but jam out to.

"Hey, where are you guys hanging out now?" Kanai asked.
"Oh, we're in rented house." Wendy replied.
"Could I come over? My shift is ending in a minute, and I'd love to see where you guys are now." He explained. She nodded. They walked out of the store and got into the car. Kanai sat in the back, smiling as he stared out the window. Wendy couldn't help but watch. Before they knew it, they made it to the house.
"Alright, this is the place." Lawrence said as they all got out of the car. Kanai stared in awe.
"Woah! This place is huge!" He replied.
"No it's not. It's really small." Wendy responded. Kanai looked a bit confused. Suddenly, he realized what she meant.
"Oh! You used to live in one of those mansions! That's so cool. I live in an apartment..." Wendy knew to shut up after he said that.
"Let's just go inside!" She said, pushing him through the front door. "Look who we brought!" She yelled, as she walked into the house.
