Peyton POV:
It's an hour later and Nika, Christyn, and I are making sure the food we have to make is cooked.
"I swear to god Christyn if I get food poisoning because of you I'm gonna be mad" I say laughing standing at the island.
"Oh relax, you'll be fine" she says
I then hear Paige's room open and she comes out and walks over to me
"hey" she says quietly
"hey" I say as she sits down in the stool next to me
"I'm sorry I got mad earlier" she says wrapping her arms around my waist as she leans her head on my chest.
"You don't have to say sorry, I understand" I say running my fingers through her hair as my other hand holds her.
"I love you" she says closing her eyes
"I love you too" I say kissing the top of her head
All the sudden it gets really loud in here and I look towards the door and see that both the softball team and the women's basketball team is here with Kate and Tori in front.
"Hey how did you guys get in here" I ask
"Nika said the door was unlocked and to just come in when we get here" Kate says
I just look over at Nika and see her raise her hands in surrender and I just laugh at her.
"OH MY GOD YOU GUYS ARE SO CUTE" I hear Tori scream looking at me and Paige hugging
"Can you calm down for once" I say laughing as Paige gets up and we make our way over to everyone
The softball team has never met her before so they all come up to her and start talking to her as I make my way over to the rest of the basketball team.
"We brought apple pie" E says
"Of course you did" I say laughing pulling her in for a hug
"Mama E comes prepared" Aubrey says
"Were we like that when we met you" Evina says looking over at the softball team asking Paige a bunch of questions
"No" I say looking over at Paige "my team is just crazy"
Paige must've felt me looking at her because she turns and looks at me with a smile as I smile back.
"You guys are couple goals" Aliyah says
"What can I say, I got lucky" I tell her

After we all ate we decided on playing truth or dare with everyone.
"Alright Christyn it's your turn, truth or dare" Liv says
"Umm, dare" Christyn says
"Do your best impersonation of someone on the team" Liv says
"Let me think, oh I got one, What ref are you crazy! That wasn't a foul! All I did was get the ball!" she says as we all start laughing
"I do not sound like that" Nika says
"Yea you do" everyone agrees
"Alright Nika your turn, truth or dare" I say
"Truth"
"Who is the worst dressed person in this room"
"Paige without a doubt"
"Dude what, we are literally both wearing sweats" Paige defends
"So, I look better in them than you" Nika says as Paige laughs.
"Your turn Paigey, truth or dare" Nika asks
"Truth"
"What is your cheesiest pick up line"
"Um probably, if you were a vegetable you would be a cutecumber"
"Please tell me you have never used that on Peyton" Aubrey says
"No i've been saving it" Paige jokes
Paige then looks around the room to see who to pick next when she lands on Shea the first basemen for the softball team. "Shea truth or dare"
"Dare"
"Attempt the first TikTok dance on your for you page"
Shea takes out her phone and the first dance she lands on is the dance to the sound That's What I Want by Lil Nas X.
Nika volunteers to hold her phone for her while she dances. She starts off pretty good at the slow part but once the song gets faster she does dance moves that aren't in the dance.
Nika then turns the camera around when Shea is done dancing and it shows all of us laughing in the background.

"I had a fun time tonight" I say to Paige as I get under the covers in her bed.
"Me too, the truth or dare was funny" she says getting in bed too.
We immediately cuddle into each other with my head on her chest with my arm around her stomach as Paige runs her fingers through my hair.
"Have u thought about if we should go public or not" she asks softly
"Yea a little"
"What do you wanna do"
"I think we should go public but i'm worried people are gonna think i'm dating you for clout"
"But you're not" she says kissing the top of my head
"Yea but people like to assume things that aren't true"
"Yea but the only ones that know exactly what happens in our relationship is us. No one else. And I know you aren't dating me for clout so don't worry"
"I love you" I say raising my head and kissing her
"I love you too"
"Have you thought about it at all" I ask her
"Yea, I wanna go public too because no matter what we decide we will have people watching our every move so why not be able to hold hands in public and act like a couple and not have to hide it"
"Yea I like that. I feel like it will be less stressful too because we won't have to be so worried if someone is recording us" I say
"Yea, but I mean there are gonna be rumors that start either way, like if we aren't seen in public together for a while or don't post about each other for a while then people will assume we broke up or something"
"Well like you said before, we are the only ones that know what actually happens in our relationship. So we just gotta trust each other"
"I trust you" Paige says
"And I trust you too" I say kissing her again
"So are we going public?" Paige asks again for clarification
"Yea I think so"
