"Art," Mon called once again.

But her clubmate didn't seem to mind her. He started stepping forward, forcing her to take steps back. He was breathing heavily, as if a bull, getting ready to attack.

"What are you doing?"

Instead of answering with words, Art charges Mon with a punch. Fortunately, the girl managed to dodge it thanks to her potential allowing her fast instincts to kick in. He kicked her, which she blocked, but another kick surprised her sending her backwards and him to the floor.

Aria had already gone far from the gym when she heard the commotion. She was as confused as Mon. Weren't they just having moments minutes earlier? Then what on earth was happening?!

"Art, calm down."

He tried to get back on his feet again as Mon attempted to snap him into whatever trance he was in.

"You said you're not going to hate me."

"Pretend not to hate you."

"Oh no," Aria gasped to thin air in horror. She turned to her back and ran towards the gym. Her worry for her friend came back in a snap.

As soon as Art got back on his feet, he charged again and rained Mon with kicks that she dodged. On his fourth attack, he wrapped his arms around her lower limbs and raised her, but she pressed his collarbone, putting him in pain. Art had no choice but to put her down.

He took steps back and charged again to punch her, but Mon twirled around and hit his back, sending him on the shelves of equipment.

"You're a freaking cheater!"

Mon watched his hidden wrath erupt like lava.

"You cheat your way through everyone's dream! You take advantage of all of us! Do you know how much we all have to practice?! And yet no one can beat your talent!"

He once again charged at her, but Mon dodged them without exerting too much effort. All his hits were just missed.

"Again!" He panted, resting his hands on his knees. "Again!" Hatred was all around him that he was practically blind. "Without you here, everyone will be happier! Everybody hates you! I hate you! Do you hear me?! I HATE YOU!"

Indeed, words were the most violent weapon ever created. It did not target any muscle or bone to insert pain. Instead, it aimed at the heart. It was the deadliest weapon anyone could carry. It would destroy you and nothing could take the pain away. Unlike physical wounds that could be easily treated, words engrave deep in our hearts.

Everything was as if in slow motion in Mon's eyes. Art once again charged to Mon. The heart-shattered girl took all his attacks. His hand wrapped around her neck as the other targeted her gut. She did not fight back and accepted his blow after blow. One kick of his sent her to the pillar.

Aria kept running and running. Everything around her was a blur because of how fast her legs were sprinting. She couldn't almost feel the ground, and it was as if she was floating already. And because of it, she failed to see a stone on the ground that tripped her. Both her feet left the ground and she slammed down with her chest first.

No noise came out of her mouth, yet they opened. The impact left her speechless.

"Aria!" A familiar voice and footsteps came ringing.

A pair of hands held her shoulder and helped her sit up.

"You idiot, what do you think you're doing?!" It was Wave. Worry was very obvious on his face as he did not even put any effort into hiding it. "Which part hurts?"
