January 1, Thursday

Eleanor's POV

As per usual, I planned on doing my usual 'staying home and celebrating new years with my parents'. Like I've mentioned before, I'm not the biggest party person, but Kimmy really wanted me to go with her to this new years party. After a long time of trying to persuade me, I finally gave in.

I took some time trying to pick out what to wear, but I eventually decided that I wanted to wear this black dress with spaghetti straps and ends mid-thigh. I wore this long sleeved sheer shirt that was tinted black with black polka dots on it under it. Kimmy also lent me these strappy black heels that go all the way to above my knees since she thought it would go with the dress.

Eleanor's outfit

Kimmy was wearing a glittery pale pink dress. There was only one long sleeve, while the right side was sleeveless. There was a bow tied around her waist and the skirt part was above mid-thigh. She also wore these silver glitter sandal heels and hoop earrings that had a lot of little stars on it.

Kimmy's father drove us to the party, since he was the parent who leaned more towards the care-free side (my mother, on the other hand, was quite the opposite-- but she wasn't around currently), therefore, he didn't mind me going to the party.

After arriving, the first people I noticed were Sienna and Maeva, Kathrin's friends. The black haired girl wore a grey plaid dress that was above mid-thigh and had spaghetti straps with a long sleeved black shirt inside. She had thigh-high boots which were black as well. The girl with dark brown hair wore a silky dark blue dress with spaghetti straps and ended mid-thigh.
