Roy Koopa is one of the Koopalings, and unlike the others he perfers brute force over thinking things through.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, self-sustenance (Type 1), weapon mastery, vehicle mastery, magic, transmutation, toon force, and elasticity (Can survive being flattened and is able to recover immediately), can breath fire, size manipulation (Can increase the size of his allies), empathic manipulation and poison manipulation via shooting paint, status effect inducement (Can paralyze opponents by stomping the ground), shockwave generation, surface scaling, can spin in his shell, resistance to extreme cold and cosmic radiations

Attack Potency: Island level (Constantly fights with the Mario Bros)

Speed: Massively FTL+ (Capable of keeping up with the Mario Bros)

Lifting Strength: Class P (Physically stronger than Mario)

Notable Attacks and Techniques:

•Magic Blast: Roy Koopa fires a purple chaotic blast from his wand.

•Transmutation: Using magic, Roy can't turn his opponent into a helpless creatures.

•Fire Breath: Breaths a potent fireball out of his mouth. He can breathe two fireballs at once.

•Bullet Bill Blaster: Roy uses a cannon capable of firing Bullet Bills from both sides. He can also fill it up with paint and shoot at his opponents to alter their emotions. Red paint causes anger, blue paint causes sadness, yellow paint makes the enemy dance uncontrollably and green causes a lack of motivation. Purple paint can poison enemy.
