I gasp and look at my surroundings. Standing up I look around. Kronos steps out.
“I am impressed.” Kronos steps out of the shadows.
“Where are we?” I hiss.
He fakes a laugh, “I am in a coffin for not being ready to be a father. Apparently I have ‘always been afraid of death’.”
He was listening to me.
“Was I right? This whole trying to make me join you, ‘because you care about me’ is just for power. “ I reply with a glare.
He looks over to me, “I won't lie to you power is very important to me, but you aren't just for power.”
He steps closer to me, “No, you are special to me.”
Kronos strokes my hair. My glare stands and he smirks proudly.
“I wish you would just join. I hate seeing you get hurt.” he murmurs, “But I suppose it is your own choice.”
I growl, “Stay away from me and my family.”
He chuckles and disappears. The scene soon dissolves and I wake up. Thalia runs over to me.
“Are you okay?” she asks.
I nod and sit up, “Kronos was trying to trick me into joining his army. I refused.”
I notice the cow and Grover are gone. Thalia helps me stand up.
Zoë hands me some water, “Grover is protecting the Orpheus.”
I nod and we continue our quest.
