"Here."

"What? No."

"Teddy, if you don't take this baby. He doesn't bite. Not unless he doesn't like you."
I say, rolling my eyes.

"Why do I-"

"I need to go change. Please? It's just going to be for a minute. I can't let him stay there by himself, the last time I did that he ate an eraser."

He reaches out reluctantly, hesitantly collecting my happy nephew into his arms.

"Aww."
I take a moment to stare.

Teddy is all macho manly and it looks so sweet, him holding a little baby.

He smiles even though he is clearly uncomfortable.

"Baby! Stop it."
He complains.

"Yeah, yeah."
I wave him off, skipping to my closet.

I emerge a few moments later in my comfortable joggers.

Teddy is sprawled out on my bed, holding Eli up by his hands, letting his bounce around.

I can't help but to laugh.

"Aww! I have to take a picture."
I gush, pulling out my phone and snapping a picture before he can even blink.

"Brook! Delete that."
He demands, letting baby Eli fall onto his chest slowly.

I roll my eyes.

"Absolutely not."
I flip my hair, ignoring his scowl.

"So what do you want to do today?"
I ask, making my way to the vanity mirror.

I watch through the mirror as he acts like Eli is whispering something into his ear.

"Baby Eli says that he wants his auntie to give her Teddy a big kiss. He says it would make him really happy."
He says, licking his lips.

I ignore his seductive gesture.

"Nothing? Got it."
I say, putting my hair into a bun.

I hear him sigh behind me.

"Great. You just made the baby upset. That's horrible."
He mumbles.

I wash my face and comb my hair and after a few minutes, roll my eyes at him through the mirror.

"You always come around when I'm looking like a dead zombie."
I complain, turning back to him.

He lets Eli play with his hands.

"I think you look sexy all day every day."
He says after a moment.

I blush.

"Shut up."

He sits up, frowning.

"I'm just being honest."

"Food."
Eli declares as Teddy gets out of my bed with him.

"Hey, where is everyone? I only saw Dante when I got here."
Teddy asks, throwing the happy little boy over his shoulder.

"Work."
I say simply, following him to the door.

"Danny has a meeting at 10, so after that we'll have the house to ourselves."
I say.

He sends me a smirk over his shoulder.

"I like the sound of that."

I blush again, slapping the back of his neck as I pass by.

He just snickers.
