BTS Soulmate Poisoned: Suga Speaks Out

6 December 2021 3.52pm

BTS fans worldwide have been rocked by the sudden news Min Yoongi released today. In a pre-recorded video released on all of BTS' socials pages, the rapper confirmed the rumours that had been circulating for the past few days: his soulmate, Astrid Fraser, has been in hospital after being poisoned.

Suga couldn't disclose much to ARMY due to an ongoing police investigation, saying that it was all in the doctors and detectives hands at the moment. The only detail he did give away was that his soulmate was currently in a medically-induced coma and was receiving the best of care by the wonderful staff at the hospital.

Through the short 2-minute video, Yoongi openly spoke about his relationship with both his soulmate and their daughter, Sophie Green, whom Astrid had adopted prior to meeting the idol. He assured fans that both he and Sophie, as well as the other members and their soulmates, were unharmed and healthy.

Yoongi thanked fans for their support of his relationship with Miss Fraser and asked for privacy during this difficult time for him, his family and also BTS.

The rumours of someone close to BTS receiving treatment in hospital first surfaced on 3 December 2021, after fans captured several BTS members leaving Seoul National University Hospital. Grainy photos were leaked online showing what appears to be Kim Seokjin, Jung Hoseok and Jeon Jungkook leaving together, with BTS soulmate couple Kim Namjoon and Kim Taehyung exiting shortly after.
