"Do not blame me for that."
"You know why she died!" Julia said, pain seething from her voice.
"Of course."
"She was the goddess who would give birth to an evil child."
"And she would die once that evil left."
"And, you are the evil twin!"
"An abomination to the heavens!" Janelle yelled, and Julia slapped her sister.
"How dare you call me evil?"
"You'll pay for this!" Julia yelled, zapping her sister with her powers, causing her to fall down the stairs.
Janelle rolled down the mighty stairs, suffering a broken rib and a dislocated knee.
"Serves you right!" Julia yelled, and went upstairs.

"That bitch!" Janelle cursed, earning a sharp pain in her stomach.
You'd think even the daughters of the moon god didn't know about the latest trends on earth, but, they did.
From cursing, to drinking, and so much more.
They knew it all, from sneaking into the earth and watching their father's creations over the years.
"My princess!" A mystical servant screamed, helping Janelle get up.

"I am fine, I will heal myself when I go up", she said, pushing the servant slightly.
Climbing the stairs was like hell, and she breathed heavily as she finally made it to her room, which was opposite her sisters.
"You think you can go free?" She muttered, using her powers to lock her sister's door before she went into her princess room.
"I'm sorry, Adrian", she whispered as she sat on her bed.
She put a hand in the air, and was able to see what was going on down in the earth.
It was Adrian, struggling to walk, and he looked like he was in serious pain.
He was about to enter the pack house when she looked away and closed her eyes.
"This is so annoying", she said, and laid down on her queen sized bed.

Finally, Adrian was able to reach his room, and, even wearing clothes was like a painful mission.
When he was able to wear a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a leather jacket, he washed his face and tried to look..alive.
"Alpha", he said over the door.
"Come in", Zayne said from inside the room.
He mentally prepared himself and opened the door, but after seeing Paige sleeping peacefully in Zayne's arms, all the strength he gathered vanished.
They were both covered by the silk sheets of Zayne's bed, and their clothes were on the floor.
It wouldn't have been a painful sight if Paige wasn't his Adrian's mate as well, so, in that moment, he felt like plucking his eyes out.

He bowed to Zayne, not raising his head up the whole time.
"Sorry about this, I didn't want to wake her."
"Tell the maids to change the sheets, it's stained."
"And, have all of Paige's things moved into my room."
"I don't think I'll be able to sleep without her from now on", Zayne said while looking at a sleeping Paige with admiration, and Adrian nodded slowly.

"Also, make sure no other male is alone with her."
"Unless I give my permission."
"Do you understand?" He asked, and Adrian nodded.
"Good."
"You may leave."
"Tell the maids to knock when it's time for breakfast", he added, and Adrian turned to leave without looking at them.

His heart broke by the minute, but Ralph was beyond broken.
He didn't communicate with Adrian, he just hid himself in his mind.
He did as Zayne wanted, and breakfast was being prepared.
He knew he wouldn't be able to breathe well with Zayne and Paige on the same floor, so he went out of the pack house, just sitting in the garden, in case Zayne called for him.
Now that she had been marked, he couldn't see her in secret.
The reason being that, newly marked females were extremely fertile, and their scent would drive any unmated male crazy.
And even though she was the Luna, she wasn't an exemption.
Unless they saw the mark of the alpha on her neck, unmated males would salivate, even at the mere glance of her.
This would continue for two months at least, when the alpha's mark was healed and clearly visible to every wolf.

On the fourth floor, Zayne cuddled with Paige who was gradually waking up.
"Mm", she said, while moving in her sleep.
She opened her eyes slowly, and felt Zayne's arms around her.
The memories of last time began to fill her mind, causing her to be aroused.
"If you wake up with such thoughts, I'm afraid I won't be able to resist you, my Luna", Zayne said from inside her head.
She immediately turned to look at him, but his eyes were shut and he didn't speak.
"Are you in my head?" She asked slowly.
"Yes, my love", he said, his voice tickling her ears and she turned away in shyness.

"And, good morning to you too", he spoke, this time physically.
He kissed her bare back, and she stiffened.
When he noticed her behaviour, he smiled at her cuteness.
She immediately stood up, causing the sheets to fall from her body.
Zayne's eyes darkened at the sight and growled, lust filling his mind.
"Good, good morning, Z-Zayne", she spoke, her voice sounding like she was scared.

"Hello, Paige", he said in a husky voice that made her gulp.
"Did-did you sleep well?" She asked, her hands shaking.
He chuckled, and grabbed her hands, making her fall onto him.
Her heart started to beat fast, and she stared into his eyes.
He traced his fingers around her face, smiling at her in admiration.
"I slept peacefully", he said.
"Because, you were beside me", he added, and her cheeky grew red.

He touched the sensitive park of her neck, where he bit yesterday, and she exhaled.
It was red, and had a faint 'Z' on it, with a half moon above it.
Each alpha mark was unique, and only the alphas had their initials on the neck of the female they marked. Otherwise, any other marked female just had a crescent moon on the spot.
A knock on the door spoiled their steamy moment, and Zayne cursed under his breath.
"Alpha, it is time to get the Luna ready for breakfast", Emilia's voice spoke from the door.

"Guess I'll have to leave the bad alpha now", Paige said, earning a smirk from Zayne.
"Not without a goodbye kiss", Zayne replied, kissing her face and making her squeal.
"Zayne, I need to go, or Emilia will scold me!" Paige said, and Zayne stopped.
"Alright."
"Go."
"You'll be staying with me from now on, so, I have you all to myself", he said in a seductive voice, and she managed to get up from him.

He watched her as she got up and grabbed her jacket, making his member hard from her beautiful nude body.
Her dress was now in ruins, so she wrapped the jacket around her, and used the torn clothing to cover herself.
"You could have taken it off without ripping it", she said, gesturing to the gown.
"I couldn't wait."
"Sorry", he said shyly, and she smiled before she opened the door.
Emilia gave her a smile, and two other maids giggled when they saw how Paige came out of the alpha's room with a destroyed night gown.
Paige's cheeks grew red and they went downstairs to her room, which was almost empty, since she was to stay with Zayne from now on.
