"Julia!" Janelle said.
"The prophesy was wrong!"
"You never had evil in you."
"They did not want you to rule, because you were the right twin for the throne!"
"The crown knows the right one, and you are the one, Julia."
"I should have known better, my dear, forgive me", Ethan said, and Julia hugged her father.
"I love you dad", Julia said, and Ethan wiped away a tear.
"What about me?" Julia said.
"Love you too sis", she said, and they all laughed.

"Alpha, all the injured wolves are back and the rest have been buried", Simon reported to Zayne.
"Okay, I'll join you all very soon then", Zayne said.
He was upstairs getting dressed again, and it was evening, so he was rushing to go downstairs.
Paige then entered the room, and she walked in when he was about to put on a shirt.
"Sorry, I should have knocked", she said, looking away in shyness.
"You don't have to knock, baby", he said, and quickly wore his clothes.
"You changed your dress", he said, when he noticed that she was now dressed in a silver a-lined dress.
"Yes, the other one was stained with blood", she said.
"How's your mother?" He asked.

"She's all healed, and she's downstairs", she said.
"Okay, let's go", Zayne said, and as he was about to walk, she stood in his way.
"Do you need something?" He asked, and she blinked multiple times.
"I wanted to thank you."
"You saved my mother", she said.
"And, you defended me", she added, and he smiled.
"I'll always put you first, Paige."
"I love you, even more than I love myself."
"You come first, anytime, any way", he said, and stroked her hair.
She hugged him tightly and relaxed in his arms.
"Does this mean you've finally forgiven me?" He asked and she giggled.

"Maybe."
"Depends on how you act", she said and he chuckled, and she felt his body vibrate.
"Aww, is that so?"
"Well, the fairy-like chick did set me straight, so I won't make such mistakes again", he said.
"Good to know", she said, and held his hand.
"Let's go", she said to him, but he pulled her back and kissed her lips.
He missed her dearly, and as he held her, their bond was strengthened again.
"Do you think, if we slip out for a few minutes, no one will notice?" Zayne asked seductively, and she narrowed her eyes at him.
"No, Zayne, not with people in the house, now let's go!" She said, and grabbed his hand and he pouted.
They reached downstairs, and the whole ambience was lively.
Both packs were now associating with each other, almost like they were one, and foods and drinks were being served.
"Nara!" Paige said to her best friend.
"How's your head?" Paige asked, remembering that Nara was knocked out during the fight.
"I'm better, Gloria gave me some aspirin", she said.
"Okay, where's Kendra?" Paige asked.

"She just went upstairs to put Xavier to sleep, she'll be down in a minute", Nara said.
"Let's go, Zayne's about to give a speech", Paige said.
"I would like to say a few words to you all."
"Today has been a very interesting day, so far."
"And, I'm glad that it ended well."
"The Blood Lupis pack gained a new leader, and we gained new friendships."
"I hope that in the future, we all can be together again like this, and not have any fights."
Zayne said, and everyone clapped.
"Now, for the Alpha of Blood Lupis pack, the stage is yours", Zayne said to Adrian, who was now dressed in a black suit.

"Uh, hello, everyone."
"I didn't expect to become an Alpha at all, and I know it is a very huge responsibility to handle."
"So, I promise to do my best, as your new leader, and I promise to take care of each and every one of you", Adrian said, and claps followed.
"But Alpha, what about our current Luna?" A member of Adrian's pack said.
"Yes, Luna Fallon is not the Alpha's mate, and she is way older than he is", another person said.
"Uh, Luna Fallon, can you come forward?" Adrian asked, and she slowly walked to them.

"I will not force you to remain the Luna, and I will respect whatever decision you choose to make", Adrian said.
"I want to be free."
"I don't want to be the Luna, I was never the Luna either way."
"And, I want to find my happiness", she said.
"Then, so it shall be", Adrian said.
"I, Adrian Carter, Alpha of the Blood Lupis pack, set you, Luna Fallon free from the leadership as the Alpha female of the Blood Lupis pack", Adrian announced, and Fallon breathed heavily.
"It is done", he said.
"Thank you, thank you!" She said, and everyone clapped.

"They're done, let's go say hi", Paige said, but Nara didn't want to move.
"What?" Paige asked, when she saw her best friend's dejected face.
"You go first", Nara said, but before she could leave Paige's presence, Zayne called Paige and Paige dragged Nara to them.
Nara put her head down and didn't want to look up, and she wished that she would disappear.
"Is Nara's head not healed yet?" Zayne asked, when he saw her head bent.
"What's that lovely scent?" Adrian said. His mouth began to water and Ralph started to jump up.
"Mate!" He yelled.
"Yes, I know, Paige is our mate", Adrian said to him.
"No, not Paige!"
"Nara!" Ralph yelled, and Adrian opened his eyes in shock.

"Nara, raise your head", Adrian said, but she shook her head.
He then turned to Zayne for help, and it did the trick.
"Nara, raise your head, now", Zayne commanded in his Alpha voice, and Nara forcefully lifted her head.
When her eyes met Adrian's, they both gasped and Adrian took a step back.
"Mate?" Adrian said in a low voice, but everyone in the room heard him and they paused.
Paige and Zayne opened their mouths in shock, as the two individuals stared into each other's eyes.

"No way!" Kendra said, pushing her way out of the crowd and coming to them.
"You're mates!" She yelled.
"How, how is that possible?" Paige asked.
"The bond has been broken", a heavenly voice echoed the room, causing people to gasp and some shook in fear.
"Now, there will be no such thing as double mates, and every wolf shall find their true happiness, regardless of their age", the voice said.
"Long life Alpha Zayne and Alpha Adrian", the voice echoed before it disappeared.
"What was that?" Kendra asked in shock.
"A very good friend of Zayne and Adrian", Paige said, winking at Zayne who raised an eyebrow at her.
