Craig didn't know what to do. He did have school today and a certain blonde to talk to, but he also had a mom to look after. Craig decided that at the end of the day, his mom is more important than his education or a conversation that will happen eventually.

He figured he should probably text Tweek to figure everything out. So with that, he quickly grabbed his phone and started texting him.

I don't think I'm going to school today.

How come?

Family issues

K, hope it works out. See you later today?

Craig thought about what to say. He definitely did want to see Tweek. However, he didn't know if he could guarantee that he would be able to. While he was still thinking about what he should say when his phone vibrated again.

Craig?

Craig knew he needed to say something because Tweek's anxiety would start to get the better of him.

I don't know yet, but I'll try.

Then without checking his phone for Tweek's response, he headed downstairs to see if his mom was awake. Craig didn't notice anybody around, so he decided to go around and clean up the mess.

Craig grabbed a garbage bag and got to work removing any evidence of his dad ever existing in the house. While it started with the trash, Craig eventually ended up even removing pictures of him that were hung up on the walls.

Once that was adequately taken care of Craig decided to make breakfast in bed for his mom who after all these years definitely deserved it. Craig wasn't the best at cooking, but he knew how to make some eggs and toast. It might not be the best food in the world, but it was the best he could do.

Then he was finally done. It was all worth the half hour of embarrassingly failing at making eggs when he saw his moms face light up with joy. She didn't ask why, but there was a silent acknowledgment of what it was for. Craig sat at the edge of the bed, watching his mom finish her breakfast hesitantly.

"you don't have to stay here, go talk to your friends."

Craig was going to protest, but she gave him that stern, you better not try to argue with me, look and so Craig just smiled and left. While his mom was beaten and giving up, she was still trying to put him first.

Craig opened his text messages while he headed back to his room and noticed that he had a flood of text messages from Token and Clyde. It was a little overwhelming, but they all were just basically yelling at him to talk to Tweek.

Craig sighed, he genuinely was going to talk to Tweek. He just had other shit going on. He didn't blame his friends though after he tried to avoid solving issues to many times.

He figured that he should call them because this was a conversation best suited to an actual discussion.
