A Bloodcurdling Cry

Yang Jian Hao swings the black sword beam towards the four enemy patriarchs.

Almost immediately Patriarch Sun performs an incantation gesture and quickly forms a shield around him and the other patriarchs.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!* the black sword beam is effectively halted in place but the shield didn't stop it for long before it smashes through.

The moment the shield shatters the four Heavenly Pillar Sect patriarchs quickly backed away seemingly having expected that to happen.

Wei Hailan made her move as she takes out a scepter made entirely out of dark wood.

Upon Wei Hailan swinging the scepter dark lightning bolts rapidly fall upon the Heavenly Pillar Sect patriarchs.

Two were in charge of defending while the other two raised their hands to create a bomb of dense magic energy that they toss towards Yang Jian Hao and Wei Hailan together.

The two patriarchs of the Burial Grounds Sect coldly snorts as their cultivation base rotates. This pressure given off by the two Burial Ground Sect patriarchs is enough to cause the four enemy patriarchs to widen their eyes in shock.

"Peak of the Soul Separation realm!"

Slightly alarmed the four enemy patriarchs held nothing back.

Out of the four only Patriarch Dun is at the peak of the Soul Separation realm while the others are merely on the verge of breaking through into the middle stages.

"Kill them all!"

Under Yang Jian Hao's kill order the disciples of the Burial Grounds Sect raised a thunderous war cry as they charged towards their enemies with the elders at the forefront!

Elder Shu holds nothing back as Tong Tianzi emerges from within its giant coffin and steps onto the battlefield with a deafening roar!

All the Core Formation realm disciples are lead under the charge of Long Huangrong who releases her three golden dragons.

Behind the Core Formation disciples are the Foundation Establishment realm disciples of the Rainy Blood Faction and the Nine Ghosts Faction.

The Awakened Corpses Faction stayed slightly at the back while controlling around 300 Jiangshi through a magic array.

The Black Steel Faction stays furthest at the back with catapults loaded with explosives.

As for the Five Pills Faction their disciples are scattered far and wide. All of them had poisonous pills in hand and are in charge of throwing them into the forces of the Heavenly Pillar Sect.

The disciples of the Heavenly Pillar Sect had a similar formation. But most of their Core Formation disciples had remain on the giant sword as they constantly bombard the battlefield beneath them with their magic techniques.

As the entirety of the Heavenly Pillars Sect are made up of the disciples from four other sects it takes them all a bit of time to build good chemistry together as a part of the war preparations.

In less than a minute the war begins as the forest grounds are watered by the blood of the fallen.

Deafening roars of explosions echoes throughout the battlefield. In the skies the patriarchs had already exchanged hundreds of moves.

On the battlefield the Nascent Soul realm elders are just as fierce in their attacks.

"Die!"

"Kill them all!"

*Cut! Break!* bodes are sliced through or smashed into chunks of gore.
