Taking over the Eastern Mountain

"Oh this is quite a bit."

Standing outside in front of the demonic eagle's nest Ye Gui Feng sees many different demonic beasts gathered. Some of them bigger than others and some of them fiercer looking than others.

[Lord this isn't all of them.]

"Meh can't be helped we didn't do anything to prove ourselves worthy of a high following yet."

Once they do start though it would be a completely different story. Clearing his throat Ye Gui Feng speaks with a serious expression on his face and he even went as far as to release his Blood God Avatar to trigger the oppressive might of his Yao family bloodline.

[He really is a Yao family clansman!]

Many of the weaker looking demonic beasts showed signs of subservient whereas the stronger looking beasts looked up with a bit more interest.

"Listen up we're going to take over a territory of the magic beasts tonight! Since our group is rather small for the time being we'll start with something small as well and slowly work our way up."

[The eastern mountain then?]

"Well I'm not too familiar with the layouts of this land. Frankly speaking it doesn't really matter all that much where we start so long as we can take over a territory."

Yin Lang stands right in front of Ye Gui Feng with a proud look on his face.

[Considering how many clansmen are all mostly at the Nascent Soul realm or even the Soul Separation realm what's there to be afraid of?]

It's true that Transcendence level magic beasts are uncommon as they need to work extra hard on cultivation when compared to a human.

[Well... Worth a try I guess.]

[If this doesn't go well...]

"Heh just some Soul Separation realm scrubs. It won't be that difficult so long as my new technique works. Ah but then again even if that doesn't work I still got other ways to deal with them."

Ye Gui Feng has been itching to try out the Soul Sealing Formation Array that he had received and mastered the basics of.

Taking a giant group of demonic beasts that are mainly there to watch the whole thing as a trial run Ye Gui Feng heads for the eastern mountain.

As it is the middle of the night there was hardly anyone around in the skies and adding onto the fact that Ye Gui Feng has chosen to wear a dark set of robes to blend in better he is hardly visible to those without sharp eyes.

Never the less Ye Gui Feng moved quickly and made it to the base of the mountain. There are quite a large number of magic beasts and demonic beasts around here that only choose to hunt in the night time hours due to the benefits that they received while under the presence of the moon.

Heading further up into the mountain Ye Gui Feng eventually runs into a pack of wolves. They had glossy dark fur coats.

"Oh? Already found some."

*Woof! Woof! Woof!* as a series of barks come his way the wolves pounce at Ye Gui Feng who's figure blurs as he takes a step back and in his former spot the True Shadow Body rises from the ground.

As dense streams of Qi gathers around the hands of the True Shadow Body it moves in the slow and fluid like manners of a Tai Chi practitioner.

At the same time beneath the feet of the True Shadow Body a golden yin and yang magic circle appears.

As the wolves approach the True Shadow Body they suddenly freeze as they drop onto the ground.

Their feet trembles as they can feel a heavy weight upon their backs that forces them to remain perfectly still.

Everything within the yin and yang magic circle that expands up to five meters is forcefully suppressed.

"Attack!"

The demonic weasels are the first to make a move whereas the other demonic beasts remain in a daze.

It took no time at all before the wolf pack are beaten to a pulp with Xs in their eyes. As much as they wanted to kill them Ye Gui Feng knew that he can't go too far with his revolt.

"Let's go we're going to get this done 30 minutes before the sun comes up."

Seeing Ye Gui Feng strolling along with confidence riles up the other demonic beasts as they soon follow and in the next instance they too joined in on the attack after the True Shadow Body had set up the Soul Sealing Formation Array.

[Dammit these scumbag demonic beasts!]

[Who the hell is that human!?]

[Retreat, retreat!]

As words travel about Ye Gui Feng and his small army of demonic beasts all the magic beasts in the area began to scurry away before they get caught up by that strange formation array that is being used to suppress their peers.

[Let's see how you can hope to defeat us now!]

[To dare to try and take over our territory is simply courting death!]

"Hmph your Ye-mou here isn't quite done if you think five meters is my limit."

Upon running into a large group of mobs that require more than five meters to cover Ye Gui Feng sets up a second Soul Sealing Formation Array alongside his True Shadow Body and this causes the range to increase up to ten meters!

[Damn this human!]

As a fierce fight breaks out Ye Gui Feng watches as the demonic beasts on his side quickly take down the magic beasts and forces them to retreat further into the mountaintops.

Reaching the mountaintops after another hour Ye Gui Feng sees a crowd of magic beasts glaring at him. Their numbers are nearly triple that of his army.

"Oh? What's wrong? You want to bite me? Come, come."

Taunting the magic beasts Ye Gui Feng smiles boldly while giving them the hand gesture to come over.

[Get him!]

[He's asking for a beating!]

As a massive number of magic beasts charge at him Ye Gui Feng smiles as he would in the manners of Yao Xieshen.

*Wraaaaaaaaaawr!!!!!* Ye Gui Feng's Ghostly Spirit Body is unleashed as he waves a hand causing a flood of wailing spirits to charge at the magic beasts!

Shrieks and roars of pain cry out from the mouths of the magic beasts as they see a nightmarish image within their heads.

After a full five minutes of tormenting these beasts with their worst fears Ye Gui Feng withdraws the ghosts and shouts.

"Get out of this mountain and never come back!"

Despite holding a stomach full of fury these magic beasts didn't dare to continue their stay here as they quickly fled.

"We're going back."

Taking the demonic weasels with him Ye Gui Feng quickly heads back in the direction of the demonic eagle's nest.

Their fight here is bound to draw a huge commotion considering how loud the magic beasts had cried out.
