After dealing with the blonde asshole, Tooru walked Tobio home.

Rei didn't specify how he will help them, or what he will do to make it up to them, which frustrated and irritated Tobio and Tooru even more.

"Not like we could really trust that guy"  he reminds himself.

The boy is now in his room, tossing his volleyball into the air and catching it with one hand. "He's shady as hell and he's Mei's cousin, in fact, I bet my new stock of milk that he's not really sorry... He just wants us to owe him for helping him.. Asshole"

He rolls to his side and hugs the ball. Frustration and irritation eating him inside.

He wished he never met Mei

He wished he never dated her

What the hell was he even thinking? That girl was  walking red flag and he was too dense to see.

"But" a small, more positive side of him butted in

If he never dated Mei then the events leading him to date Tooru would never had happened. Maybe they would still be resenting each other to this day?

In a twisted way, it's thanks to Mei that he's dating Tooru.

Suddenly Mei's cruel smile and Rei's cocky smirked flashed in his head. He growled under his breath, damn those Tokotos!

He remembers the ridicule and mockery he was put through. How the student body was quick to turn on him with the snap of Mei's fingers and the bat of her lashes.

"She's lying!" He had tried to explain.  "I was framed!" But his cries fell on deaf ears. He was scared his teammates would turn against him too, but they didn't, they stood by him. A relieved and grateful smile was brought to Tobio's face

Followed by a strong feeling of gratitude.

Tobio closed his eyes and decided to sleep on it. Thinking about his shitty day won't do any good, maybe tomorrow they will make progress? Maybe tomorrow Rei will present them with the 'help' he claimed he will provide

Tobio headed to the store to buy groceries. Since he was suspended until further notice and now has plenty of free time, he decided he should work to clean his name. So after grocery shopping he's going to head to Tooru and ask his boyfriend what he thinks they should do first.

The heard whispering behind him. Curious, he turned around and recognized two girls from his school

They were whispering and pointing at him.

"Not even trying to be subtle huh?"

He glared at them, causing one of them to squeak while the other glared back.

The two girls passed him

One of the girls muttered "disgusting assaulter" when they were waiting ears shot and hurried off to the counter.

Tobio flinched but forced himself to shrug it off. It doesn't matter, he knows he's innocent, his friends know he is innocent, his boyfriend know he is innocent, what does it matter what other people who don't even have a clue what really happened think of him?

He'll rub it in their faces when he finally proves to them he was the assaulted and Mei was the assaulter.

Paying for his groceries, he left the store

The black haired boy turned to an Alley as a short cut

Suddenly he felt sharp pain when a rock hit the side of his head. "What the hell?!" He glared at the direction the rock came from

He saw a group of delinquents. These delinquents were, surprise surprise, from Karasuno. They were some of the guys who actively pursued Mei

And they  hated  his guts.

"Just keep walking"  ignoring the blood trickling down his chin, he continues walking ahead. "Ignore those fuckers, ignore them, ignore-"

"Hey Kageyama! What's the hurry?" Unfortunately they chose not to ignore him. "Off to see Mei eh? Off to force your way into her panties?" The delinquent's time darkened.

Tobio tried to just keep walking, but his path was blocked by the leader's goons.

"Ooor are ya off to go jack off your boyfriend? Eh? Ya fucking faggot!" The delinquents laughed amongst themselves. "What? Mei-chan's pussy wasn't enough for you? Ya wanted a big dick up your ass? Want mine in there? " the leader sneered, taking Tobio's silence as cowardice.

"Shut the fuck up"

What was that bitch?! " immediately the leader turned red with anger and he flew at Tobio, intending to punch him

But Tobio dropped his grocery bags and ducked, avoiding the punch

The leader instead ended up punching one of his goons

Things escalated and soon enough Tobio was forced to fight all seven of the delinquents

Eventually when it seemed Tobio had the upper hand, one if the delinquents picked up a metal pole from behind the trash can and hit Tobio's leg

"Ah! " Tobio fell down and covered his head as another blow hits him, this time to his side.

The delinquents gathered around him and took to kicking and hitting him

Everytime the ravenette tried too get up he was stepped and stomped on by the leader

"I think Mei-chan will appreciate this!"

"Hell yeah, and he deserves it anyway"

"He forced himself on an Innocent girl! "

A couple of passersby walked into the scene only for them to hurriedly turn back and leave

Tobio was on the brink of losing consciousness when suddenly he heard someone's cold voice

"Get the fuck away from him"
