"Well, you two have clearly gotten closer." Hoseok said whilst looking at the couple that was basically sitting on top of each other whilst watching tv.

A clear blush on their faces made him suspect stuff, want to ask things and tease the two. But he knew Yoongi would never answer, and Melody.... He looked up at her and their eyes met. Het cat-like behavior coming visible as she just stared, not blinking, as if she was waiting for him to do something.

"I see"  the main dancer sighed as he threw himself on the chair to watch what the two had turned the tv to. He could hear a slight giggle as Melody focused her attention on her boyfriend again.

Hoseok was happy to see the two being so close together, though in a way it did make him jealous. Jealous his close friend now had a girl to spend his time with, jealous that a girl he was starting to consider his little sister was focusing her attention on a different relationship, jealous because he was alone.

A pair of arms got thrown over his neck as a scream broke Hoseok out of his miserable thoughts.

"Hyung, what are you thinking about?" an enthusiastic voice yelled in his ear. "Do you wanna go to the dance studio with me?"

"YAAAAAGH" Hoseok counter acted as he attacked Jimin's hair, his hands grabbing where they could but making sure not to hurt his friend.

"My legs still hurt from the concert! Can't we take one day off?!" Hoseok complained as Jimin laughed.

"Oh come on hyung, you know the answer to that question." Namjoon, who overheard the conversation agreed.

"We should all go practice. The concert went well, but if we don't work on it today the next one won't go as well."

Seven sighs could be heard as six guys stood up from their spots and followed Jimin to the door.

"I'll see you later ok?" Yoongi said with a sad tone in his voice, clearly not happy that he had to leave his girlfriend.

"She can join us if she wants?" Jungkook suggested but Melody herself shook her head as she too got up.

"I will just distract you guys. Go practice, I'll see you guys later." Melody said with a tone that was clearly meant to be stable, but the hurt was almost tangible. She gave Yoongi a peck on his cheek and then continued to her room, leaving the room silent for a moment.

Yoongi didn't say anything. He just looked at his feet as he cleared his thoughts and sighed as he got his shoes and put them on.

"You ok?" Seokjin asked quietly as they left the appartment.

"It's our job isn't it?" Yoongi answered.

Seokjin just hummed. Not sure what was going through the mind of the boy who had been so happy just half an hour ago.

Melody was annoyed, upset angry.

Not at Yoongi, never Yoongi.

With herself.

How her life and happiness seemed to completely revolve around someone else.

Sure, she was taking her online classes again, she was pretty close to graduation actually, but was that all?

If it was... Why did Yoongi leaving her for even just 5 minutes upset her so much?

Angry Melody grabbed her bag, a jacket and her shoes. She looked around the apartment and left a note on the dining room table where she was sure someone would find it.
