What the hell Jungkook, its not like you're sleeping on the same bed as him for the first time. Control yourself and your heartbeat.

Jungkook thought as he tried to sleep, his back facing the younger. The latter's condition was not any better. 

Why did i sleep so much before. Now i am not sleepy at all. I can't even talk to Jungkook. But why can't I? He is my friend right? No no...Whenever i think about him, that stupid image of him lying above me comes to my mind. I really need holy water. What is happening to me. 

Taehyung whined inside his head. He clutched the pillow tighter to his chest and made different attempts to sleep. 

I think counting sheep might help me get some sleep. Ok, lets do it.

"Tae?", he heard the other speak who was now facing him. But he still didn't turn around. 

After minutes of silence, he heard Jungkook huff and coming closer to him. He remained stiff in his place, not wanting to embarrass himself by doing something stupid.

He felt the other's breadth near his ear which raised goosebumps on him skin.

"You were just counting numbers and now you don't answer me and pretend to be asleep. Rude"

Oh no no no. Was i seriously counting out loud? How more embarrassing could it be?

"Uhhh, i was just about to sleep you know, hahaha" he laughed, trying to sound confident.

"Yeah? Instead of counting numbers, you should have asked me for help, i would have helped you to sleep" , He could feel the smirk behind his ear. At the next instant, he was turned over, such that, he was now facing the older. He could see the little smile on the face of the other due to the moonlight lighting up the room through the window. 

One word, Mesmerizing. 

That's what Jungkook thought as he looked at the younger's moonlit face. He could feel himself mesmerized by the other's face which was glowing silver due to the moonlight. His brown messy hair, his wide beautiful eyes, his little pink cheeks, his plump parted lips. Everything was so perfect that he couldn't help but lean closer to him. 

He brought his hand up to his face to caress the apple of his cheeks and slowly leaning, deep drowned in the latter's eyes, he felt his lips touched the other's. They stayed like that for a moment, feeling eachother's soft lips. When Jungkook felt that the younger was not making any attempt to push him away, he closed his eyes and started kissing him.

He held the other's waist with both hands, bringing him closer. Taehyung didn't kiss him back, but just stayed stiff letting the other do whatever he wanted. But when Jungkook bit his lips with a hushed kiss me back, he slowly kissed back. 

The environment turned a little heated as both the boys were kissing eachother senselessly. Taehyung's fingers were tangled in the other's hair while the other kept bringing him closer to him, if that was even possible. After a little while, when they felt eachother gasping for air, they pulled away.

Still so close, they heard the pants and gasps of eachother and even the loud heartbeats. 

Jungkook stared at the other who had his eyes closed, still panting. He leaned a little more to press a soft peck on the other's lips which made the other flutter his eyes open. 

They stared into eachother's eyes, urging the other to speak something, but none of them did. Unable to hold the intense stare, Taehyung smiled shyly and looked at the other's clothed chest. Jungkook chuckled at his baby's shyness. He lifted his chin and pecked his forehead. Staring deep into his eyes, he spoke

"I like you Taehyung" 

Looking at the genuineness in the other's eyes, Taehyung felt guilty. He doesn't know how to reply back when he was not even sure if he really liked the other and it wasn't the heat of the moment due to which he enjoyed the kiss. He opened his mouth to say something but closed again, not being able to bring out words. Sensing the inner turmoil of the other, Jungkook decided to speak

"Its ok if you don't want to reply now. I just wanted you to know and.....And give me a chance, you know. I know its not been long since you've broken up with Woo, but, please Tae, just give me one chance to show that i really really like you. Please, i really want to be with you. We don't have to be like...boyfriends now, not yet i mean. We can just try to be close and date eachother and see how it goes. Is it okay with you?"

Jungkook's eyes showed such vulnerability and sincerity that Taehyung couldn't help but give a smile and nod. After hearing such things, he couldn't trust his voice anymore. He was overwhelmed. 

But he could say that he didn't regret his choice when Jungkook literally squeezed him with a big grin on his face mumbling quiet, I won't disappoint you, I will make you happy.

That night, both of them slept in eachother's arms with warmth, not only in their bodies, but in their hearts as well.
