Sometimes , U need 2 take a step back , go into birds-eye view mode , and see urself from a different view. Not only from a different view , but taking a step back and realizing how far U have gone and how much further U still have 2 go in ur journey. Whatever it may be that ur going through at the moment , will eventually come 2 an end. And I'm not talking about good things , no , this time I'm talking about healing. Healing urself , ur mind , ur body , and ur spirit. Everything that makes us , is connected and intertwined in one way or another. U need 2 respect each and every single separate aspect , but as a whole. Set a goal 4 urself. No matter how small or big it may be. And don't treat it as a project(unless doing this is what helps U focus then by all means) but instead , just treat it as ur LIFE. And I'm not saying 2 treat it as just any other day. NO. Treat it as a ANOTHER DAY , that will in turn bring U closer 2 reaching ur goal. This way , no matter what it is U do , any tiny little act in ur everyday , will be seen as yet another accomplishment. Now U will begin to feel more alive , and U will be able 2 feel all ur emotions and react 2 them appropriately.
