I was now in my room, the maids were dressing me in a gorgeous white kimono.

The kimono had floral patterns. There weren't too many red and pink flowers, but the kimono was made from top quality materials, making it look very beautiful. I wore wooden geta sandals, which were made out of strong wood.

After, the maids were done with putting on my kimono and adding some gorgeous accessories as well as straightening out my hair, which I didn't like much, but didn't comment about it.

After half an hour of doing my hair as well as adding some accessories, they were now finished.

"My lady, we are all done and you look beautiful". One of the maids said with a sincere smile.

"Thank you". I said with a smile.

"It is our duty to serve you". The maid said with a happy expression.

"You all should go rest now, since you've done enough for today". I said while standing up.

"Thank you, my lady". All the maids said at the same time.

"No need to thank me". I said while shaking my head slightly.

The maids escorted me to my mother's boudoir before they decided to take their desk, since it would be disgraceful of them if they didn't at least guide me out of kindness, but I tried to convince them I was fine by myself, but they didn't allow me to reject them, so I eventually gave up trying to convince them, since I could tell they weren't changing their mind anytime soon.

As soon as I was in front of the door to my mother's boudoir, I knocked, which let me in after sensing me. The maids then left shortly after with a cheerful smile and went back to their corridors to rest.

My mother was wearing a white and blue kimono, which had a beautiful floral pattern on it. She had some accessories which accentuated her beauty. She also wore Geta sandals, which were made out of the same wood as mine.

"I see that your all ready". Kiyomi said with a smile, while getting up after the maids had just finished dressing her up with a smile.

As soon as the maids finished, Kiyomi dismissed them, and they soon returned to their quarters to rest.

"Yeah I am, when are we leaving?" I asked with a curious expression.

"We'll be leaving in about a half hour, since the servants are currently preparing the carriage for us". Kiyomi said with a genuine expression.

"OK". I said with a cheerful, but slightly nervous expression, since this was my first time ever dressing up for such an important occasion.

"You shouldn't be so nervous about this assembly, you'll just be meeting some friends of our family who have the same status as our family does". Kiyomi said while trying to comfort my nervousness.

"Mother, is it just me, but do you also feel an eerie feeling of something bad will happen?" I said with a worried expression.

"Yes, I have been feeling that lately, but we'll survive if we find ourselves in danger. If I can't survive, then I'll make sure you survive, for sure, to keep our family alive". Kiyomi said with a determined expression.

"But if you died, then what would I do without you?". I said with a concerned expression.

"Don't be so pessimistic, instead you should be happy about the assembly and meeting new people". Kiyomi said with a meaningful expression.

"Your right, I shouldn't be thinking this way, I'm sorry mother". I said with a sorry expression.

"No need to apologize, your just expressing your concerns". Kiyomi said with a smile.

We talked until half an hour passed. There was a knock on the door, which my mother allowed the person at the door to come in.

"My Queen, we are sorry for the delay, all the preparations are finished and we are ready to leave now ". The coachmen said while bowing.

"Thanks Alastair for your hard work, please lead the way". Kiyomi said while standing up from the spot she was in.

We then headed toward the carriage which was parked outside of the palace. When we got there, there was a majestic carriage that was mostly red and white, but was also a dark wood. The wood was a special kind of wood which had resistance against both physical and magic attacks. On the back was the Kitsunezaki Crest, which showed which family we belonged to. In the front of the carriage there were tamed young Wyverns, which seemed to be the ones that would be pulling the carriage.

We then entered the carriage, which was very comfortable, leaving no feeling of suffocation. The interior was similar to the design of our palace, which made us feel at home. It seemed like it could fit 5-10 people without much difficulty.

As soon as we got situated, the coachmen yanked on the reins, which caused the Wyverns to start walking forward without any delay at a fast pace.

On the road it wasn't that rough, since the nobility had methods which could prevent roughness for the passengers by using a special type of magic reinforcement.

The nobility mostly kept this reinforcement magic from getting into the hands of the people, so most people don't know what it is or if they do know about it, they don't know much.

Soon we arrived at the Harimogura Palace, which is where the assembly will be taking place. On our way there, there weren't any problems on our way to the Palace.

The coachman stopped the carriage and let us out, by stretching out his hand so we could use his hand as support for us to exit easily.
