"Where do you want me to drop you off?" Zular asked as he yanked on the reins, the horses began to move forward.

"We're heading to the governor's building to look for residences since we're intending on staying here for a while." Kasumi smiled as she spoke.

"Alright." Zular said as he maneuvered the horses to begin moving towards the governor's building.

We quickly arrived at the governor's building, which was much more luxurious than the nearby buildings, so we dismounted from the carriage and thanked Zular before entering the large doors.

"Hello, how may I help you today?" A woman dressed in a black and white suit and skirt inquired with a smile on her face.

"Hi, do you have any available houses?" Kasumi said with a smile.

"Yes we do, but there are only regular houses and a few mansions."

"Do you have small luxurious mansions?"

"Yes, we do. Could you tell me what price range you're looking for, where you'd like it, and how many people will be living in the mansion?"

"Hey Lily, you killed a noble family's young master and thousands of snow girls, how much Platinum do you have?" Kasumi inquired via telepathy.

"I have 7 Platinum." Kasumi was planning to use me for money again, so I responded through telepathy.

"The price range is 3-4 Platinum, two people will reside in the mansion, and the location must be near the sea." Kasumi said with a smile.

"Alright, let me have a look at the residences we have for sale." The woman said a smile on her face as her eyes widened slightly.

She started searching through a computer-like magic device that projected a holographic screen in front of the woman looking through the small luxerious mansion that would be best suited for two people.

"These are our available mansions; the higher the mansion on the list, the closer they are to the sea and the larger they are." The woman said as a holographic screen projected in front of us.

Looking over the list, the first mansion appeared to be lavish, but not overly so, so we listed it as one of our options, even though there may be better options.

We kept scrolling through the small mansions until we had seen them all and were debating which one would be the best to choose.

"We'd like to see the second house's interior." Kasumi stated after we had reached a decision.

"Alright." The woman said with a smile on her face.

She went to the back of the building to get the key and some paperwork, then returned and gestured for us to follow her to a different room.

"These are the rumored teleportation devices." Kasumi commented as she gazed at a round luminous platform emitting a spatial aura.

The woman stepped on the nearest one, so we followed suit as she set the teleportation point and teleported.

We soon found ourselves standing outside of a small luxurious mansion, surrounded by lovely flowers, the scent of the sea, and the glorious morning sun streaming on the mansion.

We entered the mansion, and she began to walk us through each room, which included the living room, kitchen, three bathrooms, a large hot spring, four meditation rooms with mana gathering devices, a large training room, and finally the defense room, which has holographic screens and a chair allowing you to control the house's defensive system, as well as a regen ability that repairs the mansion if it is damaged.

"Didn't expect it to have a hot spring and defensive system, but we'll buy it." Kasumi stated as I agreed to purchasing it.

"All right, it'll be 3 Platinum and 840." The woman said as she brought out the magic terminal to pay.

I placed my hand on the terminal As my balance began to deteriorate.

"Congratulations on your new residence, and to use the residence's features, infuse your mana into these keys and keep them with you. It could be on your clothes or in your storage space." The woman said as she handed both of a key.

We took them and infused our mana into them, which gave us a sense of connection to the mansion and proved that we were the new owners.

"Unless you have any questions, I'll be taking my leave." The woman said as she looked at us.

"We don't have any." Kasumi said with a smile.

"All right, I'll be leaving now." The woman said this as her figure disappeared after she used a tool that appeared to be linked to the governor's building's teleportation devices.

After she left, Kasumi went into the living room and sat on the comfy-looking sofa.

She opened her legs in a v-shape and gestured for me to sit in front of her, so I sat in front of her and leaned back, resting my head against her chest as she wrapped her arm around me. (A/N - This is a lounge chair cuddling position.)

"I'd like to go shopping so that I can buy some seafood, as this city is said to have the best seafood in the four kingdoms." Kasumi said with a smile.

"Is it okay if I stay? I'd like to meditate in the meditation room and test the mana gathering tool's ability to gather chaotic mana." I said with a curious expression.

"That's fine, but tonight we're taking a bath together." Kasumi exclaimed, her voice brimming with excitement.

"OK, that's fine with me." I said as I blushed and tried to hide my little embarrassment.

"You're so cute and beautiful." Kasumi said as she tightened her hug around me, making sure she didn't harm me.

"Thanks, and you, too." I said as my blush increased, but I was happy on the inside.

"Thanks." Kasumi said as she turned my head and kissed me on the lips.
