I walked down my stairs feeling a bit off this morning. I looked to see Caroline and Tyler walking into the house. Caroline was holding a laptop, and Tyler was carrying a covered metal object. It must have been the sword. "What going on?" I asked as they went into the living room.

"We are going to translate Jeremy's tattoo. Want to help?" She asked me as I stepped into the room with them. I glanced over at Klaus, who was standing next to the threshold.

"I would," I said as I sat down.

"I found this in your attic," Tyler said as he showed off the sword that was used against so many victims.

"And you think finding the sword beings you closer to the cure?" Klaus asked as he leaned again on the couch.

"You tell me," Tyler said as he examined the sword. "I was playing around with the handle on the right over, and I found this." He said as he uncovered something from the top. I looked down at it to see some familiar writing on the paper inside the handle.

"And what do you think this is?" Klaus asked as he stepped closer to the barrier wall.

"It's called a cryptex," Caroline said as she shot up from her seat. Everyone looked at her, confused that she knew what it was. "I've seen 'The Da Vinci Code.'" She explained as she gestured towards the sword. "You turn the different sides to the different symbols to get the translation on the other side. And, with the magic of the internet, Elena sent over these." She said as she held up the pictures of the tattoo. "So, now all we have to do is cryptex away." She smiled as she sat down on the couch next to me. "If you happened to want to help, we wouldn't stop you." She tried with Klaus, who rolled his eyes at her statement. I guess Caroline is no longer attractive to him.

"Right. Well, might I suggest using the magic of the internet to purchase an Aramaic-to-English dictionary." He commented.

"What's Aramaic?" Tyler asked as he turned to us.

I sighed as I looked to Klaus, who was smirking. "It's a dead language," I said. "It hasn't been used since biblical times."

"Qetsiyah's native tongue, I'm guessing," Klaus said as he turned to sit on the armrest, still facing us. "You know, even if you had the best dictionary in the world, it could take days to translate...weeks even." I rolled my eyes at his antics. "In bas so-teen-too Ara-ma-eet." He said as he looked at me with a smile.

"What does that mean?" Caroline asked as she and Tyler stared at him.

"If only you spoke Aramaic," I said. Both of their heads snapped at me. I translated it correctly; I was a bit surprised.

"You can speak it?" Tyler asked as he turned to me.

"Apparently, but not very well. I remember learning it with him out of boredom for me." I said with a sigh.

"Let me guess; it's another thing that you two shared in your past life." Tyler sighed as he turned to me.

"Don't be mad. I have no control over what happened between her and him." Tyler and Caroline both groaned as they turned to Klaus.

I rolled my eyes as Klaus looked on as Tyler and Caroline tried to decipher the tattoo. I sighed and stood up to go into the Kitchen. I walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge. "Anyone want anything while I am in here?" I asked as I pulled out some water.

"Water." I heard Caroline yell back at me. I pulled out four bottles of water and then closed the door. "Okay, we translated the symbols. Now we have to match them." She said as I walked back to the living room. I tossed Tyler a bottle and handed her one. "Passage inside requires a young senator and a pretty flower." She groaned out in frustration as I gave Klaus one too. I don't know why I got him one, but I guess it was out of habit for me. He took the water while he grabbed my hand, pulling me into his box and into his body. I rolled my eyes and tried to push him away, but he held on tightly so, I just gave up and sat down on the armrest of the couch. "This doesn't make any sense."
