Ch. 34 "Worried"

                                                                  Clint POV 

I rushed to the lab passing people, in a panic when FRIDAY told me that Bucky needed my assistance due to Hayden collapsing, 

I dropped what I was doing taking off running, 

I entered the lab, seeing Hayden unconscious on the lab table as Bruce started looking her over, 

"What happened?' I said looking at Bucky 

"I don't know she just collapsed," Bucky said worried 

"What do you mean just collapsed?" I said 

"I-" Bucky began 

"Shh," Bruce said listening to her hear, 

"But-" I said 

"Shh," Bruce said 

He hooked Hayden up to a few wires that monitored her vitals, her heart and oxygen levels, He started taking some blood, 

"Okay guys out I need to run some tests," Bruce said 

"But-" I began 

"I promise I will, do everything I can to figure out what is going on, but I need space to do that," He said 

I hesitated, but before I know it Nat was escorting me out, I didn't even realize she was in the room, 

We waiting outside of the lab, I paced back and forth, back and forth, 

"Clint calm down Banner will figure out what's going on," Nat said 

I took a deep breath, 

It took this incident to realize I care about Hayden deeply, like a daughter to me, Hayden she's a tough kid, I mean look at everything she's gone through and I would do anything to keep her out of trouble and danger, I thought 

The minutes ticked by it felt like hours, 

When Finally Bruce walked out, 

Me, Nat, Bucky and Steve all stood up, 

"Did you find anything?' I asked 

Bruce nodded, 

"First of all her blood sugar is extremely low, has she been eating at all?" Bruce said concerned 

"Yes, but she doesn't seem to really have appetite," I said 

"Well she needs to eat properly," He said 

"Also her cells are showing signs of exhaustion has she been sleeping?" Bruce asked 

"I mean when I check on her she is asleep but she is always up before anyone else," I said 

"She needs rest, bottom line is she's exhausted," Bruce said 

I nodded, 

"Can I see her?" I asked worried 

Bruce nodded 

"Just keep it down, she needs sleep," He said 

I nodded walking in the room, 

The heart monitor beeping, wires on her chest keeping track of her heart rate and oxygen, 

I sat down next to her, 

"Why didn't you tell me?" I whispered 

                                         Hayden POV 

                               Nightmare

I was out stopping crime, this was before I had the outfit my outfit consisted of a Hoodie with a hood, 

I jumped through the window, where my father was waiting, 

"Where were you!?" He bellowed 

"You were supposed to be here to clean the house!!" He said 

He threw me to the ground and started kicking me, 

I covered my head with my arms, as He kicked as hared as he could, 

"No! Stop! Stop!!" I said 

He grabbed me by the hair, taking me down to the basement and threw me in the freezer, 

"You are not coming out of here until you learn your lesson!!" He yelled closing the lid, and locking it, 

"No!! No!! Let me out!! let me out!!" I yelled 

                                      End Nightmare 

My eyes shot open, seeing a blinding light, sweat falling from my forehead, my breathing ragged, I sit up still trying to catch my breath, 

"Nightmares?" I heard 

My neck spun, and See Clint, 

"Clint? what happened?" I asked sitting up, But he gently pushed me back down, 

"We need to have a little talk," He said standing up crossing his arms
