When the voice demands for answers of his questions, I kinda expect that this whole issue will be related to our kingdom or better, something related to mundane knowledge to test our memory but this was not so the case!

Instead it asks Riddles, and on top of that, those which were profusely confusing and .....weird!

We were quite resolved to get all of them right but now my confidence have turned to doubt when we both are still stuck on the first one! And let me tell you, it is already about thirty minutes since the voice has asked it's first question.

"What has thirteen hearts but no other organs!" Bogum murmers again with himself as he ponders while scratching his temple, "This is nonsence. How could someone have thirteen hearts but no other organ and still alive. This protector is fooling with both of us! "

"I know, I haven't heard of a creature with no organs but thirteen hearts. That is quite strange!" I replied confusingly, I have heard of octopus having three hearts and nine brains but this question is just out of this biological world, what animal could have thirteen hearts but no organs?

"I think this is related to inanimate world. I mean, riddles are always referenced in a way to divert our attention intentionally" I suggests as Bogum nods slowly, "You mean non living things have thirteen hearts nowadays. Well let's not talk about the latter statement, they anyway don't need organs!"

"These hearts could be drawn on them, and referred here like they are real hearts! Have you seen any object with hearts on them? " I questioned as he thinks for a while before answering, "I have drawn a lot during my schooling. Those days are nostalgic, I sometimes ponder if we could travel back i-----"

"We are not discussing here about your childhood, Bogum! Heed on the real issue" I demands as he sulked a little before moving to and fro across the concrete pavement, indulging himself in remembering any object with thirteen hearts

"I got it! " He suddenly exclaims making me snap my head toward him,

"What is it?" I eagerly asked as he cleaned his throat a little before taking a extra deep breath, he really was testing my patience

"Cough it over already! "

"okay cool bro! I think a vase with thirteen hearts or any mat or any cloth or painting o---" He halts on his blubbering when he noticed my fed up expressions, I never was agitated in my life to this extent. I just want to kill him right on this spot and I am not feeling even a little bit of remorse because of thinking such a murderous thought

"Could you shut for the sake of your own dear life!" I angrily exclaims as he rolled his eyes on me before sitting down silently, "I better should have been playing with my friends rather than accompanying such a rude ass"

I looks disbeliefly at him before heaving a sigh, he sometimes acts extra melodramatic which reminds me of certain someone,

Ahh how deserving, he must still be tied to the tree. I hope, no one have mercy on him.

"......Carrom but still Chess is my favourite----"

"Which you always lose! " I intrupts as he rolled his eyes on me,

"But I always defeat you in card games if you could remember,jungkook" He emphasized the remember word before going on with his blabbering, I couldn't listen to his further talking as I realized something

Card games!

"I think, I know what is it's answer!" I says as he wiped his head towards me before eagerly motioning me to unveil the confusing riddle,

"A deck of cards, there are 56 cards in total and 13 of them have 13 hearts printed on them, So the answer is----"

"A deck of cards" Bogum completes the sentence on behalf of me while beaming with happiness, I couldn't be more relaxed to get this riddle right

"Correct answer, Let's see if you will crack the next one!" The voice suddenly says through the mountain before proceeding with its deep robotic voice, " What's always found on ground but never gets dirty? "

"Oh, the ground might be really immaculate, I would love to live on such a spotless ground" Bogum jokingly says as he bumped his hand on me before asking, "Would you too like to live there? "

"....Ah, yes. Maybe! " I says skeptically, as he nods impressevily before continuing with his to and fro motion.

"I know the answer!" He says out if nowhere as I listlessly motioned him to disclose it, "I think the correct answer is....."

I sighed as he paused more than I thought he would, why people get pleasure on getting on others nerves?

"Could you be a little fast, you know we have to get the sword too! "

"Oh yes, sorry! I think it is shadow" He answers immediately without beating the bush this time, well that was impressive but what was more proudful was the correct answer as the voice boomed again the second he finishes his sentence

"Yes it is the correct answer! Shadow always falls on ground but never gets dirty" The voice says in its usual tune, as the Bogum who was standing beside me sqeauled hard

"I know from the start I was smart. Oh god, thanks for giving me this smartness! I am a full package; handsome face and smart brain! I c---" Bogum's self endearments were rudely interrupted by the monotous voice that proceeds with the third and last question

" A cowboy rides into town on Friday. He stays three days, then rides out of the town on Friday! How? "

"Maybe, the week number and arrangement were different during ancient times, Friday and successive Friday have only three days difference" Bogum says after a little pause as I shrugged towards him, "But this could possibly not be the answer. There is something else in it which we are missing out"

"A Cowboy rides into a town on Friday and then travels back on Friday" I repeats the sentence as I tried to knock out the meaning behind it, A cowboy travels on Friday and rides out on Friday. My eyes gaps when something clicks into my mind, this is possible when

"The Friday is the name of his animal on which he is riding. He rides on it while coming in and going out of the town" I motionlessly spoke before raising to my feets, when a chuckle resonates through the mountain

"Well done you two young folks, you got all three riddles correct. You can enter Now! " The voice speaks before turning completely silent as a screeching sound followes the short period of silence, the huge rocky double door slide open while getting rubbed hardly on the concrete floor down. The friction creating an extremely strident tune which sounds awful to ears.

"You may enter!" the voice comes back as I hurriedly bows down before sprinting inside the huge magnificent mountain house.
