Chapter twenty: "See It Yourself"

At a far distance, I could see 2 familiar figures walking towards me like they were in a runway fashion show
They didn't hold back when choosing an outfit

Daisy speed ran to me while pulling her luggage "Penelope!" She said loudly as she hugged me tightly

Alice pulls up her sunglasses to the top of her head, she looked at me up and down "Love the dress"

"So how was the flight?"

Alice grinned at me "I was seated next to a hottie during the flight" she squealed
She must be trying to take her mind off of Will right now

We all went to the hotel that they are going to stay at, Daisy and Alice left their luggage in their rooms before we headed out so I could show them around Alberta. The pair went shopping and we watched a movie at the cinema

We went to an ice cream shop and while we waited for our ice creams, Alive decided to ask "So how is it with Cloud?" She leaned closed to me with curious eyes

I smiled at her "It's doing well than expected" while answering her I could feel my cheeks become warm

"Look at her having a rosy blush" Daisy teased me with her elbow nudging my side while wiggling both of her brows

After we grabbed our ice cream and stepped out of the shop we headed back to their hotel room. Daisy sighed from the exhaustion of the flight that she slammed her body on the Queen-sized bed.

Alice removed her coat and set it on her luggage, they both changed clothes while I waited for them to finish

"I have noticed something" Alice mentioned to us as her eyes landed on me
Oh no

Her hands touched the sleeves of my dress "I have never seen you wear a turtleneck before"
Ah, thank goodness

"What's the brand?" She asked and I shrugged

Daisy walked up to me "Hold on, I'll check" she went behind me and my eyes widened
Hold the fuck up

"Wai-"

Her hands quickly pulled my turtle neck from behind to try and see the logo then she became frozen stiff immediately
I reacted too late, she saw it. Damn it

Alice's eyes were filled with worry "Daisy? You okay?"

Daisy walked backward being speechless with one hand covering her mouth "It's best if you see it yourself" she was trying hard to find the right reaction and words to say to me

When Alice pulled the back of my turtleneck she went "Damn girl! you sluttier than me" then proceeded to smack my shoulder once but strongly
Is that supposed to be a 'good job' kind of smack? If it is, I don't want another one

"I know right? Even guys in the novels would hold back, you looked like you had sex for days" Daisy added, her smug face was making me feel a bit embarrassed that I bit my bottom lip a little

Alice clapped her hand once loudly and hurriedly sat beside me.
"So where did you guys do it?" They simultaneously asked at the same time with their voices in sync

I chuckled "I could tell you but I doubt Alice could keep a secret" my hand went to squeeze one side of Alice's cheek

Alice puffed out her cheeks "I would never tell anyone how my best friend lost her virginity" she said out loud
This is what I meant by having her keep my secret is dangerous
