Chapter fifty-two: "Bees"

"Even if it fits I won't sit!" Wendy yelled to all of us and then proceeded to cross her arms

After doing clothes fitting in the shop, the Marshall siblings decided to invite us to eat in a Japanese restaurant and those who have cars drive us there. Cloud didn't bring his car so we hopped in Dustin's car along with Benjamin and Adeline

I kept forgetting that the Marshall's we're filthy rich so they rented out the entire place for 2 hours so we can have privacy
Privacy my ass

These siblings just don't like to eat with other people, me and my siblings were an exception though since our Aunt is close with their mother

Not shaming them or anything but I feel awkward being watched by the staff of the restaurant watching us with curious eyes, especially when the girls are ogling the Marshall siblings

Being good looking runs in the family

"Hey Penelope"

I raised my head to find that Oliver called out my name after he ate an avocado sushi, one of my brows raised before asking "Hm?"

"Are you ready to meet the entire clan?" He asked me and all of a sudden everybody's attention went to me with curious eyes
I felt like Cloud meeting my clan for the first time

I played with the tip of my chopsticks while moving the tempura a little on my plate then shrugging my shoulders as my response. I don't know how am I gonna react so there's is no good answer

There is no lie that I am nervous at the thought of even talking to one of the family members, don't get me started on meeting the Dad

My sisters sensed my distress and all of them glanced at each other before giving me worried looks

What if his family doesn't like me? They might say that I'm not good enough for Cloud

And since I have never met Cloud's father I wonder what does he look like, is Cloud a spitting image of him?

Cloud was difficult to hang around with when we were enemies before so it would not be a surprise if it goes the same as his father, Sophia told me that his eyes were much a darker shade of forest green than Cloud's

I ate a lot but no matter how much I ate the problem still remain
Damn it

I would have to face him one way or another

Benjamin suggested that maybe we could all go to the mall to have fun and enjoy ourselves and all of his older brothers gave him a tired look like that is the last thing they would ever do to enjoy the day

"Benji for the last time, going to the mall is gonna be a hassle" Cloud explained to his little brother while putting on his leather jacket

Benji stomped his foot and complained, "But why?"

"Because we cannot just go anywhere we like with privacy, those pesky paparazzi and fans are onto us like bees chasing an intruder" Mason added

Noah patted Benji's head "And besides we can't have the girls get involved with us"

"Uhh" me and my sisters simultaneously said with awkward faces

Brie clicked her tongue at the roof of her mouth "Yeah about that..." she glanced at our eldest sister which was Natalie

"You guys are doing a bad job at not getting us involved with you guys" Natalie went straight to the point
It's true that the brothers were doing an incredibly bad job in protecting us from the public eye

It only made the media more curious about us after the wild goose chase

That was the most embarrassing time of my life

I let out a small giggle "The least that you guys could do is just grant Benji's request since we're already near the mall anyway"

"And besides, we're already in the eye of the media since the wedding is near" Wendy added, and Benji ran up to hug Wendy by the waist

"If you guys won't do it then I'll just have to live with them"

Cloud gave him a devilish grin "Don't think twice if we all accept it"

Benji's eyes watered before running up to me crying "They're being so mean to me" he wailed while grabbing me with his little hand

I glared at Cloud before picking Benjamin up into my arms and comforting him "There, there"

"How about you spend the day at the mall with us and leave these trashy brothers behind hm?" Cara suggested and never had I seen all 6 of them feel offended by being called trashy
I guess our opinion matters to them since all of us were so close now

All of us sisters one by one stepped out of the shop so we could take Benjamin to the mall
The poor little guy must have been forbidden to even step out of that enormous Palace due to being a member of the Marshall's

The last one to step out was Adeline "And don't you guys dare even try following us because we will have a good time at the mall, thanks for the food by the way" she said before closing the glass door at their faces

Cloud's POV

"Great job you loud mouth dumb ass now the girls and your girlfriend are siding with our little brother" Liam mocked me

"Well it was a slip of a tongue" I defended myself
Although I am extremely jealous that Benjamin could be held like that by Angel

"Jealousy is showing Cloud, you might want to take care of that first" Mason and Oliver poked fun at my situation as they laugh at my mistake

God forbids she'll give me the silent treatment if I mess around with them in front of her and make them cry

I groaned and covered my face with both hands out of frustration "I just made up with her now this?! I must be some good entertainment for you motherfuckers"

"We sure do, cheers to that" Dustin said with a smirk

The soul in my body is starting to fly away
I haven't had a baby with Angel yet but still, I'm so tired

I slumped my body on the table after sitting on the chair

All of my brothers groaned at me as they're being so done at witnessing this a billion times.
"God he's moping again" Oliver complained as his hand reached for the door handle

"He hasn't moped like this since the last time Penelope went missing" Mason answered his twin as he accepts the complimentary tea from the waitress
