A Beastman was sitting on an extravagant Chair. His stature was very huge. Even when seated his height that was more than two meters couldn't be hidden, the imposing aura of this white Beastman was screaming impatience. Dressed in a loose black robe with a tight garment underneath it, with golden buttons adorning the grey shirt, and a golden shawl draped around his borad shoulders, this man was definitely a man of immense achievements. He tapped his fingers against the arm of the chair, his long finger nails twitching a little bit as he tapped, tapped, and tapped, waiting for that person to come down and see him. The room he was seated was attended by the attendants of this estate. He has been coming here for two weeks already but he had yet to meet the person he wanted to. It was understandable that this person was very angry with how his son was refusing to meet him.
As soon as he saw his son's childhood friend enter he couldn't help but stand up at once, striding towards him taking long steps, with a very furious look on his face.
"Howl!! Why has he not come down to meet me?? Take me to him this instant!!!" He boomed at the young Beastman who have just entered the room.
"Woah. Calm down, my king." Howl couldn't help but raise his arms, as if he was surrendering himself to an enemy. He grew up receiving the trust of king Steins so he knew this man's temper.
Bowing respectfully to the king he added, "Prince Stirguard is currently attending a very serious bussiness."
King Steins was very angry. He has been refused like this for two weeks already. "Nonsense!" He boomed. "I know he brought back a lover with him. What serious bussiness my ass! Take me to him!! I want to see the person my son has taken a fancy to!!"
As the father of that ungrateful prince who kept on refusing his duties as the crown prince, even refusing to go on blind dates with so many omegas from prestigious families, he was very curious as a father to meet the person who was able to steal his son's heart. Today no matter what, he was going to see this person at any cost!!
Howl sighed. Seeing how the king was ready to stomp his way to his master's bedroom he couldn't help but sweat profoundly, in the end he gave up.
"Master is currently having his honeymoon in his bedroom. With his lover. Please King Steins, I apologize but you should be aware of master's character. If he refuses to see anyone, no one can force their way to meet him. I suggest you to wait for him to contact you. I will make sure to tell master to go see you as soon as possible."
The king glared at him. He was very reluctant. As soon as he heard about the news of his son bringing back an omega from the slums with him, he was very furious at first. Because of this reason he even overworked himself to deal with those piles of official bussiness just so he could have some time with this son of his. But he was refused mercilessly for a week. Of course King Steins was very unwilling and angry. He sat down for a while thinking about the pains and groans he had to go through to try and force his son to go to blind dates, which always resulted in failures, thinking about it, maybe, he thought perhaps it wasn't that bad if that child has finally found someone worth his attention. If so, then King Steins as a father wanted to evaluate his son's lover to see if this person was worthy enough for the king to over look his common origin. With this agenda in his mind he had come over to meet them but..... His ungrateful son kept refusing to meet him at the moment.
Then again...it was perhaps his fault for letting his child do what ever the hell he wants to without reserve. Ever since Stirguard was a child he gave him the right to act at his own volition without caring for what the rules of the royal family expected him to do. Karma has come back to haunt him now.
Thinking about his son's stubborn nature, he gave up and left groaning and moaning, lamenting about how he have spoilt his own spouse rotten.
