AN: Hey guys! I'm sorry if the chapters have been a little bit boring. I am really busy with  university stuff , even now I'm in the middle of finals. I've made several chapters in advance to stockpile and the plot will picked up in these chapters. Would you want me to update 2 chapters next week (since I will be most busy next week and I might forgot to do double updates on Sunday and Wednesday), or 1 chapter a week like usual but the whole chapter released on Sunday?

It will just be for these 2 weeks since I'm busy with finals, and it will go back to usual double updates a week (1 chapter split into 2 parts). Thank you so much for understanding and supporting me all this times. Without further ado, let's dive into the chapter~!!!

As he thought about that, the carriage slowed down and came to a stop.

"We've reached the adventurer's guild, people. Remember not to leave anything in the carriage when you get down."

Like the true big sister of the group, Mia told her friend as she settle the horses and grabbed her luggage. Crimson Lightning's luggage was incredibly light considering they just went on a 2 weeks journey.

All camping items and daily necessities were all stored in the Leon's <<Inventory>>. Thanks to that, the only luggage they had to carry was their personal belongings, some money and the two elemental foxes who were carried by Lily and Freya.

There was a guild staff who came over to them and offer to handle their carriages. The guild offers services to handle carriages and horses, and would also rent carriages to adventurers including the handling of the carriages that clients who wanted to make a request would arrive in and park them for a fee.

Rafael told the man that this was a carriage lent for free by the guild master in Lingenia and let him see his guild card. The guild staff got surprised and his speech became very stiff and polite as he replied in affirmative. Without a delay, he bowed to them and led the horses and the carriage to the back without asking for payment. It seemed Gera had told the guild here about Crimson Lightning's arrival.

Leon and the others walked towards a large double door and opened it. A large guild hall, much larger than the one in Lingenia, welcomed them as they enter the adventurer's guild. There were a lot more tables and chairs set too since there were more adventurers who were based in the royal capital's branch.

There were several reasons for that.

Firstly, there were a lot more high reward quests in the royal capital guild. Since there were a lot of nobles and rich merchant based here, requests for guarding wares and people, searching of ingredients, monster subjugation, etc, from them were plenty.

Which leads to the second reason. There were a lot of high ranked adventurers based in the royal capital branch. Because of that, a lot of adventurers who wanted to join their party, become friends or at least acquaintances for obvious reasons also gathered en masse.

Such is the reason why the adventurer's guild in the royal capital were filled with numerous types of adventurer. And since the guild hall was built especially for adventurers to hang out, maybe to relax after a quest, searching for party members, or socialise with other adventurers, a lot more tables were set prepared in the guild hall.

It wasn't rare for adventurers to fill up all the tables. However, there was something unusual that caught Leon's eyes right after he entered the guild hall.
